This hotel was brilliant. It’s got two locations which are separated by a street so the main hotel with the two pools, restaurants, reception etc are in one building and then the other pool and the aparthotel-rooms are over the road. There is a bike hire shop attached to the hotel and they have tools and a big bike garage to store your bike. It’s about 1 min walk from the beach. Room was pristine and the staff were ace. NB - I got bitten by mozzies so make sure to get mozzie spray. This is nothing to do with the hotel as it will be the same everywhere but just a tip!

The hotel and facilities were great and the staff very friendly. But the apartments at montelin were disappointing there was a slightly damp smell and the water smelt of chlorine. Make sure to get an upstairs room as you will be woken up by people staying in the rooms above you

The apartment was immaculate and well equipment. Fantastic facilities for all the family. Loved the bar area as really relaxed and a comfortable place to enjoy a drink. Will return next Easter.

Very nice hotel with great facilities ... but ...
Very nice hotel in a great spot, close enough to bars and restaurants but far enough to back to what should have been a nice quiet location. However, the piece is shattered by the 'animations' which seem to have to be very loud and very intrusive to those using the pool or bar area. We tried to use the pool twice, but were driven back to the beach by the 'music' (generous description). We did not use the restaurant or bar at all as we would have been serenaded by the same noise while eating or drinking. The hotel is family focussed it would appear, but seems to have an identity crisis as the facilities are more aimed at adult sporty types with a great gym and Olympic swimming pool. It was a shame as the hotel and staff were excellent, the facilities first class ... there is just no real soul to the place. We like a bar to have a late drink and talk to other residents, but there was none of that at all, so it was just a room for us, a very nice room, but one we could have probably got much cheaper elsewhere as the facilities on site were not really used. They also need to police the towels on sunbeds. There were quite a few sunbeds with towels on all day and which were only used at the end of the day when the cyclist owners returned from a cycling trip, pretty rude by the cyclists and needs to be discouraged by the hotel. In summary 5 out 5 for the hotel and facilities but 3 out of 5 for the actual experience.

Unauthorised transaction on credit card
We checked out and paid the final bill at the property. After 3 days of our check out, my credit card was debited an extra charge by the hotel. We don’t know what that charge was about and the hotel had no message to us regarding this unauthorised transaction. Terrible experience.

I stayed at Hoposa Montelin 9-12th March. Place was really quiet and lovely. The hotel staff were super friendly and the food was great. Great location for the beach if thats your thing, about 200m away, close to shops and restaurants and if like me, cycling is your thing, then its THE perfect location for all the great rides. Would definitely stay again

We were upgraded on arrival to the Villa Concha Apartments, across the road from the Montelin apartments. The apartments are in a quiet location a few streets back from the promenade and the beach is about a three minute walk away. The apartment was a good size with a very large bed, a bed settee, 2 armchairs and a dining area. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathroom had a large walk in shower. We had bed and breakfast and the choice of food was very good.

The location and service was fantastic. We were greeted by friendly staff. The room was modern, spacious and very clean. There was also a fridge/freezer inside. The outdoor area was family friendly with 2 large pools. There was also a training pool & gym for the serious swimmer/athlete. Breakfast was excellent with a huge choice of fresh food and omelettes made to order. The beach and the centre was a 5-10 minute walk too.

Check in was painful, disorganized and slow. The location is nice, the room comfortable, spacious, clean and tasteful. The drying rack was especially nice to have.

The apartments are very quiet & it's very peaceful around the pool area, if you want a little more around or you have little ones the pool across at Villa Concha is excellent. The staff are very friendly. We are already looking to return next year. If I had to pick a negative point it would be the bad drain smell in our bathroom every morning but we kept the door closed over night and by the time we returned from breakfast it had gone, we reported it to reception but it wasn't a massive deal as everything else about the apartments are excellent.

Perfect apartments, beds are so comfortable, facilities excellent, we didn’t cook, just had breakfast and lunch in the rooms and ate out in the evenings. Great place for great holidays
Great place to stay for some nice vacations. Apartments are good, quiet, with a nice pool. Very close to the beach. Very good food in the restaurante, is a good option to take the breakfast there, diner you can also have it, is great, or you can go to the near village where you have also some nice restaurants. Service is the best, all personnel is really friendly and nice. Great experience. Recommended. Excelente para pasar unas buenas vacaciones. Apartamentos tranquilos, con una piscina y servicio de hotel con excelent comida en desayuno y cena (la cena también podéis optar por la población de Port Pollensa donde hay excelentes restaurantes, 5 minutos a pié). Lo mejor el servicio, todo el personal es espectacular, muy simpáticos y profesionales. Recomiendo!

Excellent cycling facilities. Children in neighbouring apartments noisy at 06.30 Terrible smell of sewers around the pool Nice to have breakfast outside across the road Horrendous building refurb drilling all day in apartments next door. Definitely not relaxing by the pool

We booked it as it is a sports hotel. Our room was in the Montelin and we used the facilities of the Villaconcha which was next door (sister hotel). Short walk to beach. Room was great and included a kitchenette which was really useful. Safe bike storage and on site road bike hire and a laned 25m outdoor pool which you could book for €1 for 1 hour. Half board option was very good value, lots of good buffet style food. Staff also very friendly. Will definitely return.

Had a great stay in these lovely apartments. I would have given 5 stars but our apartment was on the ground floor stuck away in the corner with no sunlight on the terrace. I had asked via email if we could have an apartment with a sunny balcony or terrace. Otherwise it was lovely

Very simple, but has everything and all in great condition. I’m not sure if it was because it is the beginning of the season. Good shower water pressure, the kitchen was well stocked with all one would need. Good location, mini market close by.

Excellent experience! Hotel seems newly renovated, beautiful well-equipped room. Minutes from the beach! Staff was very friendly, and there were lots of free amenities including a laundry machine.

great stay
Excellent location. The apartments were a great size and very comfortable. The kitchen was small but had everything you needed to make breakfast and lunch. We tended to eat out in the evenings. Convenient supermarket in front of the beach 300 m away. There were always free sun loungers by the small pool near the apartments.

Absolutely lovely hotel and apartments so clean and tidy close to beach and restaurants and staff bent very helpful and friendly and the weather was lovely what more could you want excellent.

Stayed for a week in June. Had a studio apartment. Beds comfortable, were modern and spotless. On 2nd floor with balcony which got sun in the morning, which suited us. Pool was just right, plenty of sunbeds. Bar food was good. Staff very friendly and helpful. 10 min walk into centre of pine walk. Just what we needed for a relaxing week.
