Hi We’re surprised by the service? Only a couple of them were courteous. The bar is very limited, No Expresso Martini, We were there one night and they told us they were out of glasses, it was 9:25 pm. We showed him his stack of Plastic cup’s so we were served? Not the greatest vibe but has potential.

the property was very well situated at the beach within easy walking distance of the port shops and facilities. Finding the car park was difficult since the sign directing traffic to the are behind the hotel was obscured by trees and bushes. A result of this was that I entered a forbidden area and incurred a 40 Euro fine from a non-sympathetic local policeman. The hotel itself was very clean and the swimming pool was a lovely attraction with areas around to lie out. The breakfasts were excellent but there seemed to be a shortage of staff covering the cafe area which made the service slow particularly in the evening. Overall a very nice experience.

Fantastic stay, we had an water front balcony, views were incredible. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, breakfast buffet far exceeded our expectations, fresh orange juice was a highlight! Would recommend to anyone staying in the area, beautiful hotel!

My fiancé and I had a wonderful time at the hotel Marina Soller on our babymoon. The hotel was overall very nice, the standard of cleanliness worth a 5 star, all staff but one person were super friendly and helpful, and the amenities good (parking, pool, spa, restaurant). Looking forward to going back in the future!

Everything from start to finish at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. My only complaint was that I was charged a supplement for the two children at the hotel when I had booked a room for 4 persons. I emailed the hotel to request confirmation that it was booked for 4 persons, but they did not reply

Familiar service in an unbeatable location.
Fourth visit in 2022 to a lower cost room in the Annex. Same excellent cleanliness and friendly staff. An unbeatable location. My vegetarian brother praised the breakfast but wanted firmer pillows and mattress. It is excellent, but not luxury, and provides great value.

Pros: location right on the water, the most friendly staff (staff go above and beyond to help you), breakfast included, close to the hiking trails. Cons: overall this is really an overpriced 3 star hotel. If it wasn’t on the water right in the port, no way they could charge these prices. The room was small, described with a terrace overlooking the mountains but it was a ground floor shared patio overlooking construction and had an overflowing public trash can attached to the gate. The bed was so uncomfortable you could feel the springs. Ants and fruit flies were constant. If you are in the annex building you might as well be in a different hotel. The annex building smelled of sewage and you could hear every footstep and whisper. Massage was subpar at best. The lady seemed more like a nail technician and the spa room smelled of smoke. Waited over two hours for one glass of wine and green salad at the restaurant one night. Other restaurants in the area are better. They give you two keys and tell you that you can leave one in the room so the A/C never shuts off!

Great location and value for money nice hotel
A brilliant location/situation on front. The hotel is good, though not luxury, but also not a luxury price. A pity there are no kettles/coffee facilities in rooms, pillows a bit basic and smallish television. Dinner is self service only, but food quality perfectly fine. Care/bar is pleasant and prices reasonable. Overall excellent value for money and perfect location.

Just in front of the beach so that we were able to take a rest or change the wearing very easily. The hotel also has a small pool, but that is enough to enjoy water play for my family. There are many good restaurants to be able to access by walk.

Beautiful hotel with wonderful service. We upgraded to a corner room with a sea view and so glad we did. It was lovely to hear the waves at night and wake to them in the morning. The service could not have been better. Truly. The hotel is conveniently located yet just off the tram path so the sidewalk in front does not get so loud. The bed was comfortable as was the whole of the room. I appreciated the small fridge and kettle. The breakfast was lovely and varied. There is parking available in the hotel's lot. I highly recommend.
