Loved our time at this hotel it was out of season so perfect & not busy at all, every one of the staff here were lovely and very helpful nothing too much trouble for them

Very nice indeed
Our original booking could not be honoured at the hotel so they sent us to their sister hotel up the road. This was an upgrade so we're very happy. Clean. Efficient. Good food for an all inclusive. Highly recommended.

You really feel looked after , the staff hotel made your stay very pleasant The reception were amazing , made me feel very welcome, they couldn’t help me enough A big thank you for a lady called Piedad Also with this pandemic you feel the hotel is trying to protect you, by having, lost son sanitizer gel everywhere, like outside the lift and inside , No my first visit to a riu hotel and won’t be the last

The hotel neens a revamp it smelt of mould,some of the staff were fine .on tuesdays eavning meal i got a bad reaction to a fish course i so bad i had to go the heath centre.they gave me pills for diarrhoea and sickness and pain killers,so i spent wednesday and thursday in bed.so that was the end to my holiday.the hotel was fall of very loud germans so we did not get mutch sleep....we wil nether go there again. So i give 2*****

This hotel is an absolute disaster zone
Very poor customer service and communication. Hotel guests mainly and mostly are 70+ Germans with rude attitude and disliking all other nations including UK!!. You are told off if you take water from a dispenser in the restaurant if you are not on a full board or inclusive!!!!. Choose a different hotel if you can and void this all rubbish.

A lucky find
The hotel was perfectly located for us being close to Palma -the airport & beaches. Food was lovely -lots of variety & the staff were delightful -very helpful .

Wonderful time
We only had 3 nights and wished it was longer. X everything was fantastic very friendly staff. Champaign on arrival was such a lovely greeting. We would definatly go to another riu hotel again.

Relax and comfort hotel in Playa de Palma!
Superb experience! Upon our arrival, we were upgraded to the nearby Hotel Riu Bravo 4*, a four-stars hotel with all-inclusive (we had only booked half-board, and besides - it was a very reasonable rate). The staff is amazing - from the front desk to the waiters, they are always friendly, efficient and commited to their job. Thank YOU very much! The facilities are nice (swimming pool, spa, small gym)... though there were some small maintenance problems (with the sauna). The food is good and there is plenty of choice! The only downside is that the hotel mainly caters to foreign tourists (mainly Germans)... Being Spaniards, we had problems adjusting to the restaurant closure at just 21h (9 p.m.). Before the closing time the staff already start clearing the tables and the buffet... we were stressed when arriving at the hotel at 20.45h after a long day of sight-seeing and having to rush for food. There is a small bar in the hotel and you can enjoy music shows at night while sipping a drink. The location is good, just a few meters away from the bus stops to the airport (10-15' away) and the buses 25 and 15 to Palma city centre (20-30' away). Other than that, be aware it is a resort area and most of the business are shut down after the high season. Besides, the hotel is clean as a whistle, recently refurbished and spotless. Overall, we had an excellent experience and we are looking forward to try other RIU hotels for our holidays! THANK YOU, Gracias, one more time to the personnel!

Better than expected
we booked a seaview room but were told they did not exist. However we got one on the 2nd day. The room was spacious with 2 armchairs and a table and ample storage space for clothes.There was a TV with BBC1. We got twin beds as is apparently required by their German custom but we found out that there were double beds! The mattress cover was extremely noisy.The balcony was large with chairs and a table and a clothes dryer. The shower was great. The indoor pool was quite cold so we didn't use it. The foyer and the bar were very spacious and comfortable. The dining area was welcoming and the food plentiful and varied most of it cooked in front of us. But the buffet was cleared 45mins after the start of the service. As half boarders we were not allowed water from the machine and we had to buy it in small bottle quite expensively in our view. We thought it was very mean. There was no decaf coffee only at the bar and it was not nice. 80% of the customers were German and the staff spoke in German ignoring the nationality of the remaining 20%. Overall the hotel were true to their promise. As a 3* the sheets were changed once a week. The area was very quiet due to the season (shops and hotels were closed) but as we were close to Palma with a very frequent and cheap bus service we could move about quite easily and visit the island. The hotel was very pleasant and in view of the price we were quite satisfied. Abit of Spanish and German were a great help to make friends.

Convenient location for beach and airport
Principally an all inclusive hotel for elderly Germans, with a few other nationalities thrown in. However, the facilities are good and the food is excellent. We stayed on half board for three days and I put weight on. If you have a car and are touring the island it is perfect.

Hotel was perfect if you were German
The whole resort was German , never heard one British voice on my stay , hotel was 3 star and wouldn't expect anymore for that rating , but communication was very difficult in hotel and resort as I said earlier everyone spoke German . Cannot understand why a company with a good reputation would do this to people.

Very much a German tourist hotel
Clean hotel, pleasant staff, but this hotel and the resort is very German oriented. Had to persuade one bar to put English Premier League games on, much to the obvious disappointment of the passing Germans. Food was ok, standard buffet fodder, with some grill chefs. Drinks (spirits) were way too strong, they've definitely not heard of drinking responsibly. Was ok for 3 nights with a group of lads, but wouldn't rush back.

Will return many, many times again.
First time visit to Mallorca. Hotel is located less than a block to the beach. A million local stores within 2 mins. Restaurants and bars to choose from. Located in the area known as "Arenal" which is very popular with Germans. Some areas might be too much nightlife for the ones looking for a quiet stay. But the hotel is far enough from that area. No wi-fi on the room (use the free, fast access on the beach!). No fridge in the room. Breakfast and dinner buffet are plentiful. Just be on time, because the service hours are short. Overall, two thumbs up!

We have good stay for money we paid
I got very good AI rate 6 months ahead on expedia.co.uk, much better then in other booking pages. Hotel is placed in very good position, close to the very nice beach, clean calm see and action sea side road - of course german action road. All inclusive catering is on cheaper side - but what can we wait for so good rate I got, drinks are from better side. All staff is very good, rooms are rather worn down, but clean, only AC has not working properly- no big problem. Garden and swiming pool area is realy nice, but be aware - hotel is mainly for german guests, but to speak with english in hotel is no problem too,.

Staff friendly. Hotel in good location but could do with updating. Sunbeds were comfy shame we cant say the same about the beds! They were rock hard!! However we did enjoy our 4 night break and hotel is only 10 minutes from the airport which is great.

Typical three star hotel
A basic hotel with great location close to airport and 2 minute walk to beach. This was a very German hotel and resort with all restaurants, bars and entertainment aimed towards German tourists. We seemed to be the only English couple in the whole hotel. All inclusive food was tasty but had a limited choice, it did have a good variety of drinks included though. Our room was basic but clean as expected of a three star hotel. Rooms have nice balconies with table and chairs, and a safe is provided. If you hire a car parking is limited on the road outside. Overall a good hotel for the price.
