We had such a great stay here. We got engaged here. They made us feel so special. Lots of nice little touches. The property is in impeccable shape. I love that. It's on the end of town so it wasn't quite as loud as if you were right in the middle of everything, but you are still just right there. We loved our aesthetician who did facials and a massage for us. Her name was Estefania. She was super sweet and very good at what she does. I would highly recommend getting a session with her. The people at the front desk were very informative and very kind. We are from Seattle, Washington, USA and are really hoping to make it back.

Great location, lady in charge of breakfast from Saturday to Wednesday was fantastic, service standard definitely dipped when she was off on Thursday and Friday. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Please put decaffeinated coffee beans in one of the machines at breakfast. Not enough parasols at pool and generally not enough space in pool area for everyone who wanted to use it.

Very pleasant, modern, chic hotel. Everything looks newly decorated in both the rooms and lobby areas etc. Lovely views from dining area/bar. We were originally given a very small room but were moved on request. Breakfast was tasty but could do with more veggie options. Rooms could do with more storage space. Great location to wander to restaurants and bars etc.

Great hotel. Bed was very squeaky, staff weren't very helpful or attentive. They should implement some drinking water points, we spent a fortune on bottled water. Otherwise a brilliant stay with a great breakfast and pool area.

My husband and I loved our stay but wish the fridge would have been a bit bigger and have ice available. No ice machine so we’d have to go buy ice and by the time we would get back to our room it would be half melted and then no place to keep the ice frozen. Also, our package included breakfast and dinner. The first night into our stay we had our included dinner and the waiter was abrupt and not friendly. We chose to not eat dinner there again.

Beautiful spot !
Beautiful public areas overlooking the bay. Great location, service and breakfast. Rooms a little bit dated and on the small side but adequate as most have a terrace area.

Another very good hotel in Port de Soller.
Very pleasant hotel in excellent location. People should be aware that the pool is up steps that some might find a bit awakened. Rooms very comfortable and staff pleasant and helpful.

The people who take care of you here are absolutely wonderful! We were made welcome from the first moment we arrived - the reception team are all excellent! The restaurant was also great and we had several celebrations while we were there! The breakfast team also made sure that you had a great start to your day.

Great location and lovely terrace and bar area. Good breakfast. Our experience was spoiled by the fact that the hotel management decided to turn the aircon off centrally at night and the room temperature was 25 degrees. It was impossible to open the window without being eaten alive by mosquitoes. The hotel let itself down by not addressing its clients’ concerns

Lovely hotel in Soller
Lovely hotel in a good location on the port. Views from the terrace are really beautiful and the pool area is very relaxed and pretty. Staff were all very helpful and polite. Our room was fairly small but the bed was comfortable. There was a strange green light in the room at night (think it was part of the fire alarm) and it was very annoying. Despite blackout curtains it meant the room was very bright, they need to fix this as very annoying to sleep with.

Hotel stay was very good with the service being excellent. Breakfast was good with choices of cooked foods. Location is great as well with great views over the port. Only issue we found was the design of the bathroom being open plan it did not give much Privacy.

Staff was so warm, welcoming, friendly, and kind. We had very positive experiences with Geoffrey in reception; Natalia, Patricia, Javier, Julio, and Marcelo in dining/bar; and Lesley the lifeguard. They all went above and beyond to make our stay special. Our room, balcony, and view were exceptional! Room was very clean, decor was tasteful, shower was nice, temperature was comfortable, and towels and robes were soft. Breakfast and drinks were excellent. Can’t wait to return!

The staff at Pure Salt Port de Soller were all very nice, friendly, and helpful. While we didn't dine in for dinner, we did purchase the breakfast add-on, which was totally worth it. Fresh delicious food and made-to-order options with plenty of seating areas and a beautiful view. Really loved the mojitos at the bar as well. Highly recommend if you want a beautiful, relaxed and quiet place to stay.

Beauty in Port Soller
Excellent hotel, wonderful location and very friendly staff. Pool area was gorgeous. Breakfast was fabulous, lots of choice and lots of homemade goodies. Only slight negative was when I asked for a takeaway breakfast / picnic at 7.30am as I was leaving early for a tour, it obviously got lost in translation between the front desk and kitchen and breakfast was not ready or packed up to go. Given soller is popular with cyclists and hikers, it would be great if the breakfast could start a little earlier, or be a little more prepared to organise picnic / breakfast to go bags. This is just a small recommendation for how the hotel could improve, everything else was perfection ! I would definitely like to return

I loved the modernness of this hotel and lovely fresh smell! It was very bright and spacious in the reception area and terrace with wonderful views across the bay and to the mountains. The pool at the back of the hotel was very peaceful and In an elevated position. The honesty bar was a nice touch with ice lollies too! We had a superior sea view room which I would recommend. It was a really good size, fantastic views and sparse furnishings which I liked. Some of the rooms in the hotel didn't seem to have the best of views and also looked quite small. The shower cubicle was separate to the toilet with a small sink unit in between. The soundproofing was not so good in the toilet area so if you are a bit reserved or easily embarrassed then this may be an issue for you. The reception staff were extremely helpful and booked us restaurants and taxis as required. The check in is from 1pm onwards, but we didn't get into our room till nerarer 3.30pm. I would suggest that the hotel changes this time to later to avoid raising expectations of guests and then having to dissapoint them with later check ins. The breakfast was self service although you could ask for eggs cooked in various ways. There was a small selection of hot food and traditional Spanish fare. We ate in the hotel for dinner only once, but sadly the service was very slow and seemed a bit disorganised. I would definitely stay here again and give this 4 star hotel 5 stars.

My daughter and I really enjoyed the calmness of this hotel and its vicinity. The beach is just in front and restaurants and shops line the bay. The pool area is quite small but has comfortable sunbeds, plenty of parasols and amazing views.

A beautiful hotel with staff who were incredibly helpful. Fabulous location overlooking Soller bay. Restaurant menu looks lovely, but could do with a little work. I chose 'papilotte of vegetables' but sadly it had little or no seasoning, so was just baked veg! Equally, the cod salad which looked great on paper, had no dressing. Vegetable risotto was delicious though. The bathrooms need soap dishes!

Very friendly staff, made us feel very welcome. It’s in a perfect location with beautiful views from the hotel terrace. The rooms were lovely and comfortable. Breakfast every morning was delicious and great coffee. The only annoying things was the lift is very slow and sometimes stopped working. One of our rooms didn’t have a shower door and the other room didn’t have a large bedroom mirror. Apart from that it was an amazing holiday and we would stay there again.
