Son Forteza is an incredible holiday home with a 2,000 square metre garden surrounded by nature and a great variety of fruit trees: orange trees, prickly pears, banana trees; as well as native trees such as holm oaks that grow throughout the forest and are also found in the urban areas, as well as pine trees. Scattered throughout the property you will find hundreds of endearing details, such as original, sculptural and beautiful fossil pieces, a carved wooden crocodile imported from Asia, a whale rib and even a large original gong.

There is a very harmonious contrast between the modern touches and the natural surroundings, each and every corner has been well thought out... The main focus at the rear of this beautiful holiday home is the 9 x 3.5m swimming pool, surrounded by six comfortable designer sun loungers. At the entrance to the property is a private outdoor parking area with space for three cars. To the front, nestled in the wonderfully fragrant garden is the main façade of the house with its covered porch and a charming coffee and reading corner.

Entering the house we find the first living room with elegant cream leather sofas in front of a corner stone fireplace. On the left hand side is the first bedroom: a double room with two single beds, two bedside tables, a wardrobe, a designer hardwood bookcase, a designer seat, and an en-suite bathroom with a large shower cubicle and colourful stained glass windows. To the right is another double bedroom with two single beds and a stylish high ceiling headboard, bedside table, and a blue designer, free standing hardwood shelf, access to the garden. Opposite is the main living and dining room of the villa, with a very distinguished colonial décor in wood and leather, with oriental touches such as the Buddha, handcrafted ceramics and a pointed arch stained glass window. Opening onto the garden and pool area, the lounge, with a large TV area and wood-burning cooker, has access to the covered porch with outdoor dining area. To the right is the independent kitchen, fully functional and equipped with all the necessary appliances, it has a wooden breakfast area. Also on the right hand side is the third bedroom: Majorcan green, maroon and pumpkin coloured tiles. All the rooms in the villa have elegant and modest designer furniture with a contemporary aesthetic. All rooms are air-conditioned and have a hot air system; they are spacious, bright and comfortable. The villa has a bathroom with shower outside in the garden.

The property of Son Forteza offers so many possibilities and advantages: it has easy access by car to Pollensa, Alcudia, Sa Pobla, Palma and all the other little villages along the way. But you don't have to go far to find fun activities. The largest paintball field on the island is just 300 metres through the forest, and the world famous Campanet caves are a short and pleasant bike ride away. You can visit Campanet, or the markets of Sa Pobla and Pollensa, or take a drive to the beautiful Calas de San Vicente and spend the day at the beach.
