"We stayed at Cevahir Hotel and overall it was a pleasant experience. The hotel was very clean and the staff were kind and helpful during our stay. However, before our arrival we felt some hesitation because the hotel sent several emails asking about our exact arrival time, which felt a bit excessive. Also, when I called to provide the information, the girl who answered the phone started the conversation with a very unprofessional way and i hesitated whom i called to which was quite irritating.

"The location of the hotel is good for the price, however, the wi-fi wasn't working well in the room so I had to buy data to be use during the stay. The size of the room was nice, and cleaning people were helpful with the maintenance. I paid for the breakfast in advance and I was disappointed with the menu to be honest, also the people serving the breakfast doesn't speak English so was taught the communication, so if you don't speak Turkish I not recommend the breakfast.
