Gulf View Escape on the Beach at Resort with Pool, Kayaks, and More!

"This was our second stay at the Manasota Beach Club and, once again, they did not disappoint. Check-in was seamless and the cottage was exactly as advertised. We were very comfortable and the space and area were very quiet and relaxing, even with several other cottages being occupied. Our cottage was beachfront and the view was great. There was a turtle nest right beside our deck that the Turtle Patrol checked every morning. We were hoping it would hatch while we were there but no such luck. We did see a gopher tortoise on her nest and wandering the grounds, and had iguanas roaming around, which was fun. We checked out the other amenities on the grounds and they were all very nice and clean. There are lots of great restaurants in the area and we thoroughly enjoyed visiting something different every day. This is one of our favorite places and we will definitely be returning soon. My only ask if if they could fix the water pressure in the shower. Then it would be perfect!"

"We had the wonderful opportunity to stay at the Starfish in room 1B. The pictures are exactly on point. The living area is actually larger than it looks. One thing that we did not know until we arrived was this is an UPSTAIRS unit. Fortunately it was just my daughter and I and not my parents as they would not have been able to get to the room. We brought our Golden Retriever and he had a great time. Grass areas are limited but are available. Another “good to know” is there is not a code on the door to get in - you will have to download an app and use your mobile device - you can add other phones to lock/unlock the door- but will need to let Scot know each person’s #. We did not access the beach from the Starfish as we went to the part of the beach my parents were staying instead. The beach is located across the street and probably a 5-7 minute walk. Lastly, there are GREAT restaurants in the area - don’t miss the beach vibe with yummy food at the Sand Bar and breakfast at The Word of Mouth."

"This was the perfect experience. Check in & check out as simple as simple can be. The property was well maintained. Extremely clean. You can definitely tell as soon as you step foot inside, the owners are committed to excellence. Great location, depending on your needs of course. Worked out great for us as we were touring houses in Englewood, Venice, Port Charolette and Rotondo West. Perfectly centralzed. Easy drive to beach. Here is the best part, I rarely can sleep in a strange bed. Plus, due to pelvic tendonitis I've been unable to sleep well. Best sleep I've had in literally 8 months. The matress is amazing. Would love a private message from owners to get more info on that matress."

"Great place, great host! Very beautiful landscape and the beach was great. It was private and very peaceful. Also found a couple hundred sharks teeth! The room was nice, kitchen had everything we needed for the length of our stay. Evan was helpful and communicated well from start to finish."
