"Great place to stay within walking distance of everything."

"You get what you pay for. It appeared clean, but the bathroom fan did not work, ceiling above the shower was pealing & flaking. Lamps flickered at the slightest touch, bed was not very comfortable. But it appeared clean, smelled ok. Definitely an old building that was not kept up."

"Very comfortable home for the four us. Walking distance to river park trail, and town. Quiet street, friendly neighbors. Great location for the Sand Dunes, Sandhill Crane viewing, even the town of Creede. Had an 'operator malfunction' with garage door and VRBO host helped us immediately. So kind too! Would stay here again! Thank you!"

"Bathroom in Room 113 was horrendous! The bathtub/shower unit was all scratched and chipped. There was a used bar of soap and a shampoo container left in the shower and I found mold in the seams of the shower unit. If there was mold in this room how many others were that way? "

"We arrived to the most charming, rustic, authentic horse ranch and was greeted by our host and his wife. They were both delightful to visit with and OMGosh, can she cook!! The meals are so delish with more than generous portions and seasoned to perfection!!! The ranch is away from everything...so you won't get the morning or evening traffic disturbing you. The sunsets are quiet amazing with the most beautiful colors and no light noise to ruin the view of the starry nights!! I definitely hope to go back and hear more tales from RT and to also visit the dogs, goats, chickens and horses! It was a very relaxing experience."

"Property was clean, comfortable, walkable to morning coffee and evening restaurants. Our host was responsive and helpful with a scheduling snafu that was completely my fault when she absolutely didn’t have to. I would not hesitate to stay here again and would recommend to others."
