"Our door didnt shut all the way, when questioned about it we were told that it is normal. Asked to change rooms because we didnt feel safe staying in that room, front desk guy actrd like it inconvenienced him, and then were charged $100 to do so. No elevator, rooms open to outside like a motel. Rooms were very humid and damp. Papers were damp. Plastic bed coverings were loud, bed sheet upside down. Dirty. Bathroom exhaust fan coverrd in dust. Lamps in room were covered in rust and dust. DIRTY!!!"

"The the breakfast was okay. The room didn't have no microwave or phone. I had to go downstairs to use a little microwave to warm up food. So we was okay"

"This hotel was super clean and staff was friendly and nice. The street did have some construction but we enjoyed our stay and plan on coming back."

"Crappy internet, TV didn't work, breakfast was so full of people you couldn't get in, messy, people using hands touching everything, night staff was so rude and irritated for some reason Tuesday evening. "

"We’ve stayed here multiple times. Mostly great. They were fully booked while we were there. We had to call everyday for towels and to get dirty towels taken from our room, however, they were always quick to bring them when we called. Unfortunately, there were other “guests” or maybe randoms, who came through stealing our belongings poolside. The front desk didn’t know how to handle this crazy situation. There are cameras everywhere, but they weren’t up on how to use them for incidents like we encountered. Probably won’t go back due to feeling taken advantage of by other crazy guests. I didn’t feel safe and taken care of when this incident occurred. Probably due to riff raff in Daytona these days, The staff needs to be trained on how to handle these crazy situations their guests may encounter. Otherwise, a great stay. "

"This was quite possibly the worst place we have ever stayed. We checked in at 5:30 pm into the first room and were afraid that they had accidentally given us the keys to someone else’s room because the beds were still unmade, there was trash everywhere and dirty towels still littered the bathroom floors. Turns out the room still hadn’t been cleaned from the previous guests. We were kind and gave them grace as we came on the tail end of Spring Break and thought they must have been busy. We were upgraded to another room. When we came in to this room it was filthy. The air conditioning unit was torn apart, there was brown fecal looking stains on a chair cushion and the arm of the pull out sofa was coated with a thick layer of grime. The floors were slippery with condensation and when we attempted to dry them off with towels by walking a towel across the room, the bottoms of the towels turned black. Because we were there for only one night and nowhere else to go with such late notice we slept on top of the covers. The next day our daughter accidentally left her bathing suit hanging to dry on the towel rack in the bathroom. We called as soon as we realized it and were told that the housekeeper keeps all lost and found locked on her office but was gone for the day and we should call back the next day. The next day we returned to inquire and were told that they had found it but did not know where it went. They would call us when they found it. No suit."
