The Dreamhouse Manchester flat id ideal for a short or longer term stay. The flat was clean, well supplied, and comfortable. It is within easy walking distance of several unique and interesting sights, museums, restaurants, groceries, and transportation hubs. Internet access was good, washer/dryer was handy. This area felt safe and comfortable to walk in anytime of the day and night. Communication with management was simple and straightforward. Highly recommended property.

I suggest you avoid this one...

The apartment was well located, which is why we chose it. However, the standard was not as advertised. The shower barely worked, the rooms smelled of foist and the living room layout was odd, unless you have a liking for watching TV with your neck craned at 90 degrees. The corridor to the apartment also smelled of foist and stale air.

Don't expect to stay where you booked !!!

Would have been a delightful stay if the hotel I booked two months prior was the one allocated to me. I booked Deansgate specifically, upon arrival I was told there was a double booking and then shuttled off to another apartment on the outskirts of the City. Reading other reviews, this is quite common. So if you book Deansgate luxury apartment with a view, be prepared to be placed in a completely different building with an excuse of "there's a problem with our booking system".

Chosen for location.

Good location for where we needed to be, quite near Oxford Road train station, plus University and restaurants/bars nearby.Clean, functional apartment. no character though, all rather neutral, and a rather weak shower! Furnishings and equipment all new and clean, but basic. The apartment was really warm. That could be a good thing of course, but we definitely needed to turn off some heaters and open the windows.

Great Location.

Situated on the lively Deansgate, you was a stones throw away from everything. I worked near Old Trafford everyday and took a 10 min drive to get there in rush hour. When we got back in the evening, it was a case of take your pick. The apartment was cosy and well layed out, and the kitchen area had everything you needed to stay in of a night. A little noisy late in the evening but nothing more than what you'd expect. If staying in isn't your thing then there are loads of restaurants and bars to choose from. Definitely worth a stay.

Did the job, location saved it

Ok, is the best adjective for this one. It wasn't luxurious, but it did the job. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, but being woken by workmen at 7am wasn't the best. We didn't notice any noise from weekend revellers though. Attention to detail was lacking wires from the bedside lamps etc, stretched across the rooms to reach their sockets, had to open the wardrobe door & sit it the corner of the bedroom to use the mirror on the door, there was a coffee machine but no coffee (?!), some of the little UHT milks provided, expired 4 months ago. But these are pretty petty things in the great scheme of things. I wouldn't stay here for a relaxing weekend in a luxury apartment, but it worked for us as we were out & about in the city, it was a good base, comfy beds & a kitchen to rustle up breakfast before setting out for the day. Perhaps need to drop the prices to reflect this though! Because we booked at the last minute, we paid more than the luxury apartments in the city, were previously available at.

Nice comfortable apartment

The apartment rental was wonderful and had plenty of space for me and my guests. It's a little difficult to find the address, but it's right next to the Per Tutti Café. The local grocery stores, shopping malls, and transportation spots were nearby and there are plenty of options to eat within walking distance. It was very convenient and a great place to stay. Our main purpose to come here was to watch the football matches so this was a great location in between both of Manchester's football clubs (Old Trafford and Ethiad Stadium).

Ideal familias con hijos

El apartamente es ideal para viajar con hijos por sus instalaciones y su situación. Limpio minimalista y ordenado con conexión a internet que te permite planificar las actividades dia a dia. Muy bien situado, se puede caminar al centro en un agradable paseo y cerca de tiendas, parques y zonas de ocio.

Disappointing.

Poor levels of cleanliness, (found empty beer cans behind the sofas) and blinds in rooms were all damaged. Nothing to block out light so the entire apartment was bright at 4.30am.

Good appartment but very hot and noisy

the overall apartment was good but looking a bit tired in places. They don't have proper curtains or blinds to keep the light out so expect to be getting up when it gets light. These things all lead to a lower rating however if they just managed to change a few things the with the apartment being big and in a good location it could be nice. Overall I would not stay there again.

Leilighetskomplekset var veldig bortgjemt. Dørene låst. Måtte ringe hotell.com for å få noen til å låse opp til oss. Luxus?? Veldig oppskrytt vil jeg si. Mulig det var luxusleilighet den gangen det ble bygd, men det måtte være på 1970 tallet. Nedslitt og gammelt er vel heller det rette ordet. Innestenkt lukt, ingen utsyn, veldig lytt mellom leilighetene og lite varmt vann( nok til en person per døgn) Vi kommer ikke til å anbefale dette videre til noen.

Nice concept but lack of attention to detail

For an apartment hotel you would expect at least toilet paper in the bathroom. There were no tablets to operate the dishwasher/washing up liquid/sponge. Bit unreasonable to expect someone staying for a short period (3/4 nights) to bring their own. The shower door was in a poor state. A rather obvious thing to get fixed. The main light in the lounge had 1 out of about 6 bulbs working and the floor standing lamp did not work. The number I was initially provided with did not respond to liaise with me for late arrival as pre-advised. I had to search myself for the alternative contact. Having said that it was warm and comfortable with a good lounge tv.
