I booked a room to stay however whe. I went to check in at 3 there was no sign of any on and when phoned the number provided no answer. I did leave numerous messages and phoned more than once. I kept trying to contact the company till 8pm when I decided to book in to another hotel as I did not want to be stranded.
I am shocked at the customer service and I did not get to stay in the apartment which had been paid for. Not happy at all.
Really disappointed that I had to wait to check in even thought I had pre-rang and said when I’d be there. When the check in host said I was in 1404, I said oh I was in that last time and lots of things wrong which I reported, to which he replied it’s fine now.
Guess what.... it wasn’t .... still broken blind, broken lamp, broken freezer door making fridge not shut an then froze the food in the fridge, burn on table, no hair dryer, only 1 bowl and no wine glass!
Such a shame as location is lovely and apartments are great but no care and attention is taken and unfortunately these will be not fit for purpose soon.
These apartments are clean tidy and just what you need for a short stay, But ,,, the service was very disappointing, they gave me the keys without the reception fob so couldn’t get back in, security was meant to be 7pm to7am to let you in/out, but wasn’t the when I return at 22:30 so had to phone them, 40 minutes later managed to get in.
I booked it about half an hour before I turned up. When I got there I got told there was no other booking. Was standing outside in the rain and cold for over an hour trying to sort it out. Called hotels.com and the main office for the property who then told me to go inside and ask the reception but when I did she told me that I should have received confirmation through email and got a code for the key box which I clearly did not. After all that went back in to ask again. She then decided to refresh the system on her device and all of a sudden it popped up and she blamed the late booking. Apart from this the property is nice with a amazing view. Another problem I had was that the cold water wasn’t working in the morning which lead to having an ice cold shower. ont think I’ll stay there again. Had to park about 10mins walking distance away too at the Lowry outlet car park which I had to put £16 for.
These are brand new apartments in a very good location, next to media city in Salford. Very quiet location as no traffic near the building. Easy access to city centre as a Tram stop is right outside. Lovely lady On reception.
The downside here is that a private contractor serviced the apartment and in mine there was no crockery, cutlery or towels! Bedding was clean but stains on decorative cushions.
Simple and comfortable. Much improved from last time although mattress still not great. Shame they don't provide a couple of cooking basics (salt/pepper/cooking oil), it's a pain having to bring that sort of stuff for a couple of days.

Disliked: Staff & service
No Hand wash was a killer! I had to use bath soap sachet to wash my hands.
Absolutely lovely apartment, ideally placed for the Lowry theatre. The lady who meets and greets is so helpful and pleasant, couldn’t do enough for me when my key didnt work and sorted it for me in less than 10 minutes. Fantastic service and very clean, will definitely stay there again next time I’m in Manchester.
The phone number that I (and another stranded guest) were given never answered or returned any calls, voicemails or texts, so for an hour I was left with all my bags and nowhere to go (having been dropped off by taxi). By chance, whilst halfway through re-booking another place via hotels.com (who were also unable to contact the host), I saw someone come out of the lift and give some keys to someone, and fortunately they were able to get me into my apartment too. The lift took a long time as only one lift was working on the first day. When I eventually got in, I found the bed sheets had stains on them (but looked like they had been washed at least) and the smoke alarm was covered up. On the second day, both lifts were not in service so I had to climb 13 flights of stairs. The apartment has potential to be a nice and convenient place to stay, but I was quite disappointed this time.
