The 36sqm condo unit fits 3 (New full double size bed & double size sofa bed), new kitchen set up with new ref, two aircon units (1hp split type aircon inverter type in the Living room and 0.8hp window type aircon in the bedroom. New kitchen set-up with cooking appliances.New hot & cold shower, Unit is fully furnished with initial toiletries, drinks and extra bed linens, Free unlimited Wifi data (up to 300mbps. FHD 40" Led smart android tv with built-in applications i.e. Netflix, You tube , chromecast, and other various apps. Free Netflix. Self check-in & check-out is available with lockbox & code. Free use of gym. Water is free of charge and a Php4000 electricity subsidy (300 kwhr) per month the excess electricity consumption is on your account. Minimum stay is 30 days. Please read and agree with the house rules before you book.
