We thoroughly enjoyed the hotel. It's location is unbeatable: walking distance to St Francis parish for daily prayer in Adoration chapel & daily Mass, walking distance to the best shopping/dining options in Shangri-La & SM Megamall. Fast internet & very easy to book Grab. Hotel staff are professional, courteous, and will go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. During our check-out, I accidentally left one of my suitcases. The front desk staff tried to contact me ASAP, calling me 11 times. Finally, I was able to see the message & arranged for the suitcase to be picked up as we headed to airport. Thank you so much, you truly saved the day!!!

Convenient location

Our first room was very noisy as it’s facing the main road and so much traffic and noise that it’s impossible to sleep on time. We have to wait till 1am to get a decent sleep but woke up still feeling dizzy. We transferred to another room the next day!

The Red Planet was a good basic hotel. No minifridge or anything, but there is Grab delivery and other options. The staff were amazing, friendly, and helpful.

The best Red Planet

Great costumer service from reception to security guards. They assist you from the moment you enter the hotel until checkout. New Jolibee by the corner which makes staying here even more amazing.

Awesome people and great to stay at

No regrets that I booked here and extended our stay for another 2 weeks. From the front desk staff, Security personnel, maintenance and housekeeping personnel are very accommodating, welcoming and friendly! Just keep up the good work guys!!! We appreciate your customer service!!!

Nice and clean. Room amenities and bathroom are modern which is nice. Fast wifi. Easy check-in. I like that you have to scan your key to work the elevator. Relatively quiet in terms of not hearing neighbors. My room was on the Shaw Blvd side on the 6th floor and I could hear street traffic. It didn't bother me much but others might. About 5 min walk to Shangri-la and surrounding shopping centers. The guard/concierge staff were very helpful. The only miss was the safe did not work. The batteries were low and it was set to the lock position although it was open. I stayed only 1 night so wasn't a big deal, but if I was there multiple nights I need to have it working.
