The property when you walked in the lobby is very welcoming. The rooms are very secured and roomy but need some upgrades.

This is bright, clean hotel that is conveniently located near a shopping mall and has an excellent breakfast with a spectacular view every morning.

Great staff service and always with a smile. Staff was very helpful and prompt. It is walking distance to Festival Mall and North Gate. Hence, its location is very convenient. The room has amenities such as fridge and kettle. It would be nice to have a microwave for heating up food. Otherwise, it is an excellent accommodation and will be back again.

Not a 5 star hotel
This is not a 5star for me.Have stayed in 5 stars hotel here in mnla ths Vivere s far beyond to be a 5star. Furnitures in the room is old,bath tub is not clean,restaurants services s poor.,food is good but the breakfast buffé is not up to standards. Sauna was close. No room service until late in the afternoon. All in all not worth the money at all.

On the plus side: The hotel room was nice and the staff was very accomodating. The hotel is also conveniently located close to the Festival Mall. On the negative side: There was no wifi reception in the room on the 18th floor and the pool was very small and attached to the restaurant on the top floor. Also, the floor outside the bathroom door was extrememly slippery under wet feet and the fire alarm went off in the middle of our stay.

The staff and service are impeccable! They are extremely warm polite and accommodating. We didn't have any problem checking in nor checking out of the hotel. They have a lot of amenities that we were able to maximize and the best one was the playroom for my kid. Will definitely go back!

The room looked a little old. I reserved a one bedroom unit but got what looked like a studio, asked to be transferred but was not transferred until the next day. The kitchen area is a little small for a one bedroom unit.

Great location
The location of the hotel in Alabang is great and a bit away from the commuting traffic. Great rooftop restaurant on 31st floor overlooking Manila's south.

Vivere Muntinlupa always a great choice
As usual all staff at Vivere we're great I was early so had an amazing sushi lunch at the Shogun restaurant in the lobby. My room was ready when I finished eating. Facility is clean and safe and few minute walk to Festival Mall. It is also easily accessed on the Skyway to and from the Aiport. See you next trip.

Food and drinks were very expensive: P630. per person for a small breakfast. P140. per local beer. Security was excessive, locked us into very limited areas of the hotel. Only one chair in the room (Suite). For some reason, there are mirrors EVERYWHERE. Why are there so many mirrors stuck on all the walls and elevators? The room was ok, average but it cost P4000. per night. Beware of fancy Cinderella lobbies in hotels, they're meaningless. The rooms matter. The lobby doesn't matter.

This hotel is so good that I have not even left my comfortable room since I arrived 13 hours ago. They let me check-in early and the staff is so nice and professional.

Reasonable price for a suite; spacious rooms with big ref but no microwave! TV’s are old and horrible picture, basically useless. Fine rooftop restaurant for romantic dinner but digital menu was inconvenient due to poor wifi and internet signal! Also walking distance to shopping mall.
