While the room was large and spacious, it felt musty, old and in need a major renovation. The wood work and molding was all scratched and in need of a paint job. The shampoo dispenser was falling off the wall, the conditioner was empty and the tub didn’t drain. The outside of the free standing building was also dirty. I booked a Doubletree Hotel based on reputation and was thoroughly disappointed.

It’s pretty close to seaworld (walkable). The “upgraded” rooms in the tower need major upgrade. Housekeeping could do a better job, the room did not feel clean…smelled pretty musty. I did not enjoy my stay here and will not return. I guess you get what you pay for. Found a pair of sock that didn’t belong to us stuck in the corner of the bed while removing the sheets so as to get linen change. Came back to see the same dirty blankets on the bed. Towels needed to be changed, very old and worn out. The bathroom had this weird unpleasant odor. The lobby looked great and I thought the room would reflect the same…hmmm so much for that!

The parking should be free when you guys are charging so much for the room. I was not informed of the resort charges. You guys dont put up these fees up front which is disappointing for a hotel with such a big name.

Our check-in was quick n easy. Lucky to find a parking spot. Breakfast was a little above average. German, our waiter at breakfast was amazing. Our room was comfortable, but the shower and bath, the drains of the sink and shower was clogged. The sink was better in the morning but the shower filled up with at least 3inches of water and had a slight odor until the shampoo was strong enough to overpower it. Then we had a visitor crawling on the wall in the morning as well. We brought up the issues to the shift manager in the morning and he covered the parking a nd resort fees for us.

Huge gap under our door , bugs came in , dirty as heck !! Will be calling and making numerous reports. Definitely not worth the money I spent !! Rooms were not even right. Waited over an hour for our room to get cleaned !!!

They make you pay for parking 30$ a day with out tilling you about it so I got a billed for 60$ for parking that I was never told about I would not go there again even if it was free I would not stay there

The staff was very nice and helpful. The property is very close to the different parks and it has an amazing view. Very quiet and comfortable.

I want told about $30 self parking & was charged facility fee when I checked in all what she said was a $75 security deposit , next morning I got a notification from my bank of the charges and I was told that every body pays it I will of o was told clearly about the charge that was scam having thier $89 on Expedia sorry that I booked this room 😤

NoParking in building 9,10,11,12 Moved room so we can have a parking spot Room 1601 door would not Lock and phone was not working .packed our stuff up went and changed rooms again Got another room opened door slipped because water was everywhere from the air conditioner.so paid for 3 nights it was already going on 100am. Still no room . Told my daughter to go to another hotel across the street . As I was waiting 3 more people were complaining roaches no elevator. I'm not sure about that . But that was what a guy was asking for his mother in law . I did get my money back . But we had a very lat start to sea world because of all this mess . I will not be back . Please make sure your room door works
