Room was big and clean. Parking was not included so you have to pay $38 for parking plus the resort fee. The "family pool" was nothing special and the hot tub was broken. The "adult" pool did have a bar but we didn't stay because it smelled like someone was getting high. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Also when you check in they have free chocolate chip cookies including allergy friendly ones for nuts or gluten free.

Breakfast buffet was incredible with wide variety of fresh food. Made to order omelettes, yogurt partfait bar, fresh fruit, Belgium waffles, cereals, oatmeal bar, breakfast wraps, eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, French toast...you name it they had it! Oh, and very good coffee too. I was pleasantly surprised!

Lets start off with the room, me and my family had the two twin beds, room was sooooo spacious and clean. So much to do at hotel, the drinks were so good. Waterpark and Sea world was walking distance, everything was in the area didn’t have to travel far for anything . Will be back

Staff was very nice and accommodating. Love the delicious cookies. Both pools were very nice and large. Fun cocktail bar at pool. Only drawbacks were that the bathroom in the room was small and the shower drain could not keep up with water flow.

Nice rooms and friendly staff but be careful at the laguna restaurant which they will charge 20% tip without your permission where it is not obvious. The price of the buffet increased so it's not affordable anymore and enjoyable best to go out. I would definitely stay but not eat there .
