Beach front apartment next to Duquesa Port

Two bed room two bath apartment just next to Duquesa port. 20 meters to the beach (less than a minute) and adjacent to the port but situated in a quiet development.

The apartment was fully refurbished in 2017 with modern fixtures and fittings. There is air conditioning and off street parking. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the mod cons - washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven and hob. There is one double room and one twin room, both with ensuite bathrooms.

There is a communal swimming pool which is open on a seasonal basis (open between 15th of June and 15th of September). Just in front of the apartment is a children’s playground and park, and just behind the apartment is the beach!

There is free public street parking just outside the apartment.

Please note that the property is on a first floor with no lift.
