Room 14. No shower rod to hold the shower head on. Bathroom Cupboard very scruffy Bedside light had no cover with wires exposed. Massive bed. OK for an overnight stay

The air-conditioning wasn't working. 3 nights without air-conditioning in July in southern Spain was no fun. There was a heatwave that weekend.

Great location, right next to beach, and restaurants of Sabinillas, and just a short pleasant walk into Duquesa Port. Hotel staff were always very friendly and super helpful. Free secure hotel garage parking a bonus. Good WiFi and AirCon in room. Stayed for 7 nights, room cleaned every day, great value for money. Would definitely stay here again.

Good short stay
The gentleman on reception was super friendly and helpful. The room was basic but sort of comfortable and bathroom good. Strong, fast WiFi in room and free secure basement parking a real bonus, if not a necessity, as pay street parking in the area is of a premium. No food served at this hotel, and restaurants/bars etc. in the area did not open before 10.00hrs at the earliest for breakfast. Excellent location. Ten meters from both beach and restaurants.

Lovely staff, welcoming and friendly. Extremely clean, safe and a central location at a good price. 2 star hotel and a touch well used in places but would definately stay again. Good water pressure in shower and good wifi strength in room.

There’s no view. The hotel doesn’t have any windows facing to the ocean or beach. I asked a coffee maker and double bed, a night guy said not possible and when we were leaving morning guy complained to my requests. Super unnecessary response.

No frills but good quality plus a warm welcome
Just stayed for the one night as we wanted to be near Gibraltar for the next day. Good location and only a pleasant 15minutes walk along the front to Puerto Duquesa, where there are many good bars & restaurants. We were greeted warmly on arrival and shown the secure underground parking. Our room had all that we needed for one night’s stay. Overall, very good value.

STAY AWAY. Had VERY bad experience. Hotel does not meet expectation, my wife refused to stay. We left the hotel after the first night, the hotel promised to refund us for the 2nd night and eventually refused to refund. Very unhappy with the hotel- dirty rooms, noisy, bad location, rude staff members. Still did not get any response fom the hotel.

Mr. Tamir, do not be a liar, you intend to scare away customers with a toxic comment that does not come close to reality. You booked 2 nights and the second night went by your own decision, no hotel would refund the money on the same day. You show the person that is with this type of comments that nobody is going to believe since we have good grades in all our companies. Do not be bad and have a good day.

A wonderful break.
It was a wonderful break. The area of Sabinillas is a great mix of local culture and a small amount of tourists with authentic tapas bars, fish restaurants and even a Burger King. We received a warm welcome from everyone wherever we went and the friendliness and openness of the people stands out a mile. The hotel was very clean and quiet, with good service and even has parking, which can be difficult in the centre. Situated right on the beach with the sound of the sea, a minibar in the room, a comfortable bed and local TV - what more can you ask for. Just perfect!

Lovely boutique hotel
This small, but elegant hotel was a real find. Friendly, welcoming staff, comfortable room, large comfortable bed, fridge in room, perfectly situated about 10 metres from the beach, free parking, excellent value for money - a kettle and coffee making facilities in the room would have earned it 5/5. We'll definitely be back to this comfort rest spot in this friendly, unspoilt little town.

The sound of the Waves is a no-cost bonus !!
I visited Don Agustin whilst looking for a Winter retreat in the area. The Hotel is modern, clean, tidy, well maintained, and really casual.

Great little hotel
We were here for 1 night to try out the hotel and the area. We will go back in 3 weeks for a long weekend. Very friendly staff, clean, nice rooms and close to everything right on the beach.Classic Spanish breakfast was a fine little start for the morning.

Poor hotel with good service
The hotel garage is a nightmare; underground, dark, very tight with pillars everywhere. The reception is manned from 11 to 22 except from during fiesta. The receptionists are very friendly and helps all they can, but the quality of the hotel is poor. Eventually the AC cooled the room sufficiently, but our bed was hard and not so comfortably. The shower and bathroom was very basic. No breakfast available. We had a toast at one of the breakfast restaurants in the neighborhood. That worked fine for us. Price was low and reflected the condition of the hotel. Sabinillas and La Duquesa Marina have some good restaurants and were a pleasant surprise. Thumbs up for the gentle employees at the front desk!

UN DESASTRE!!
Un desastre! Por trabajo viajo mucho y estos se han cubierto de gloria! no estan en recepcion esperandote como dice la web, solo ciertas horas. cuando llegas te encuentras cerrado el hotel y con un cartel con el horario. llame y me dijeron que esperara hasta las 5 de la tarde que abrian.. o sea hora y media tirado en la calle con las maletas( si llego a la 1 del medio dia hubieran sido 4horas tirao. luego la habitacion muy caliente y el aire se empezó a notar a las 5 o 6 horas encendido. para colmo habia partido de la seleccion en tve1, y no lo tenian sintonizado y ni pudieron luego, me lo perdi. el personal nunca hizo ni el atismo de compensarme por todo ello. FATAL!!!

Hotel bueno pero con detalles muy mejorables.
El hotel es sencillo pero cómodo y muy bien situado. La cama era muy grande y confortable aunque eché de menos alguna almohada extra. El mueble del baño está deteriorado y debería cambiarse. El ascensor necesita una revisión y el parking es un sótano en bruto sin ningún acondicionamiento con un acceso estrechísimo. Por lo demás, todo muy bien y el personal superamable.
