This beautiful sea view apartment is located in Balcones de los Hidalgos (San Luis de Sabinillas), a beautiful and secure gated complex with a swimming pool and well-kept gardens.



This pretty location is close to restaurants and supermarkets and just a 15-minute walk from the beaches of Manilva and the lively Puerto Duquesa. Gibraltar and Marbella are just 30 minutes away by car and Malaga airport in 50 minutes.

This apartment is within walking distance to La Duquesa Golf club and at least another 5 golf courses all within a 15 minute drive so this property makes also makes a perfect location for golfers wanting to play on some of the Costa Del Golf finest courses.



Fully equipped for all your holiday needs, comes with fast internet access and TV (with Hdmi port) with Spanish and some UK Channels. Air conditioning, which provides both hot and cold, kitchen, with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.. There are 2 bedrooms a double and a twin room and 2 bathrooms. There is a lovely balcony for you to enjoy the views of the Mediterranean with an extra drinks fridge for your convenience. There is also a selection of board games and playing cards and a CD/DVD player.



The community swimming pool for guests to use is open seasonal in the summer subject to weather conditions.



Additionally there is private parking (off road) for guests to safely park

This is a new property for our holiday rental portfolio from Autumn 2023 and is the perfect holiday accommodation to relax and enjoy for all ages
