Although we initially had trouble accessing the unit due to unclear instructions, once we got in, everything was fantastic. "Melissa was an excellent communicator and hostess. The home was perfect for our girls wine weekend. Very clean and everything we needed was available. Towels, bedding, kitchen supplies, laundry, dishwasher , coffee maker, etc. and a great location as well. Thank you for a wonderful experience! "
