"The host was very responsive to any questions or contact. She shared information on a wonderful outdoor plant I wasn't familiar with. Very comfortable to approach.The home was well stocked with paper towel, toilet paper, dish soap, kitchen towels, bathroom towels and beach towels. The yard had nice outdoor furniture and a grill. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. The location was perfect for our needs. One block off the main eating/shopping street. Immediate access to the bike trail. Three minute walk to the beach with a playground. The garage was convenient for us to store our bikes (7) and the golf cart. Additionally,three generous parking spots in driveway. I would highly recommend renting this VRBO."

"This was a fantastic destination for our extended family vacation! The property exceeded everyone’s expectations in every aspect. Large, comfortable, remarkably well-stocked (kitchen has everything you could possibly need, endless games (and a great game room), SO MANY little kid’s toys and beach toys, all the water equipment)! Layout was great, we could be together or separate as we wanted through the week. We rented a pontoon boat and the dock/mooring allowed us to use it to the max (be CAREFUL coming close to the dock, it gets VERY shallow for any boat. We ended up cutting the engine at the mooring and taking turns walking it in each time, which was easy). Our hosts were super responsive (within minutes every time) and answered our questions every time. Our group (10 of us, 6 adults and 4 kids 2-12) all had a fantastic week. It is not cheap but we all knew we got an exceptional experience! The house, the deck, the fire pit, the beach, swimming off the dock, playing ball in the front yard, watching the stars long into the night - lots of great memories made here. (And great ice cream minutes away in Suttons Bay!)"

"Great views, private beach, awesome deck. Bedrooms are on the small side, with four of us it was just big enough. Just a few minutes from Sutton's Bay. We are bikers and the road to town has very little shoulder, FYI. Host was responsive and check in super easy."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. "Great location, exceptional communication, easy access. Also our dog was delighted as she had a little beach leading into the water and nice yard space. On the negative we had two really humid days it was pretty oppressive in the main living area. They had a dehumidifier laboring away but it required continual (heavy) lifting to dump. For the resort price we should have AC or at least big fans and also we should be have relieved of some of the tasks: Take garbage to street one day, bring in the cushions even though we did not put them out our use them, run the dishwasher. This is why I didn't mark a five. Recommend but just know this stuff."
