The room felt neglected. Smelled like cigarettes. The shower didn't drain properly. The fridge had a loud humming sound. I had to unplug it to fall asleep. The lights shut off randomly as I was taking a shower. Both the room and the bathroom. Had to climb out of the shower and turn the light back on. The staff was very friendly. The midnight guy at least. I don't expect much out of a cheap hotel, but this one was pretty bad. I'm not a complainer either. I felt lied to by the website that said the reviews were good so that's why I'm sharing.

Bed was like a piece of foam offering zero support, pillows were completely flat and hard, bathroom had hairs and dirty washcloth from previous guest, you can hear every little noise made in the whole building. Ive stayed here before and its not what it used to be.

TV didnt work the place was filthy and had hair everywhere in the bathroom amd sink. When i said something they got defensive and refused to do anything about. Once I left i got a call from them saying left it a mess and then they charged me $42 and then $60! Very unprofessional and disgusting

Room smelled of cleaning products, very clean and the bed/mattress was very clean. The bed was comfortable!!! The bathrooms were clean, the refrigerator was clean, the microwave was clean and the coffee maker was clean. The entire hotel room was very clean and neat. Despite how clean it was, I saw two roaches, which made me pretty upset. The toilet paper was folded to a point which is a sign of phenomenal housekeeping- I was honestly very surprised to see a couple roaches due to how clean everything truly was. We were on the first floor with a door to the outside so maybe that’s where they were from, I don’t know. That’s the reason for three stars. Also the owner won’t let you take maple syrup in a cup back to your room because they have to get the carpets cleaned if syrup spills. I understand the reason why but it was pretty bizarre, he took the syrup out of my boyfriend’s hand instead of just telling him to be careful and why. So that was pretty weird. We stayed there for a wedding at Mohican gardens, fifteen minutes away, if we ever have a reason to be in that area we would still stay again despite the syrup and seeing two bugs.

What a complete disgusting place

Ive been at dig kennels thar smelled better and were cleaner. I never even stayed. I left as soon As i went into the rooms to check them out. Becouse the front desk was a smelly nasty place. i demand a full refund and would NEVER do business with a place like that

Good value if you just need a clean bed. The room had a lot of amenities. Linens and bathroom were clean. Room had a smell that I couldn't identify, maybe a mix of dampness, food, prior guests? I was happy that they weren't covering it up with air fresheners and ran the fan/AC during our stay to minimize it.

The room smelled horrible and there was mold on the bathroom ceiling and behind the toilet. The side of the night stand had white stains on it. The lobby smelled like sewage. I made a new rule for our company that we will never send any of our guys to a super 8 again.
