"A nice hotel, staff generally helpful and friendly. Not sure why, but we did have to ask 4 different times before any milk was left in our room, not a big issue I know but a little frustrating and not expected for a 5 star hotel Room was very dark, however many lights were turned on"

"The hotel is far from downtown but close to public transportation, in a safe, walkable area. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean. The hotel has a drop-off area for easy access to Uber. The front door is locked at night for safety. Great place. Highly recommended if you don't mind using public transportation."
