"I loved everything in Cartagena. The Hyatt Regency is an excellent hotel, from the service in the lobby, the pool, the restaurant, to the room service. I want to thank the entire staff, especially Oscar and Antonio in the restaurant, as well as Dina and Daniel in the lobby, and some other girls there whose names I don't remember, but they are all special and extremely attentive. "This was our first time to Columbia so we weren't really sure what to expect and where to stay. We felt very comfortable and safe at Ana's penthouse. It was spacious to allow our group of 8 to each have a bedroom and not feel crowded. Glenda coming each day to make coffee, breakfast, and make beds/clean was one of our highlights. It does state 3 bathrooms, but we thought it meant that each master suite had a bathroom and were surprised that the third bathroom was very small off the kitchen/laundry and mainly used by Glenda. The balcony had beautiful views and we spent time at the pool and the short walk across the street to spend a day at the beach. We had read that this area was a good location - it was safe (especially with the security guards at the entrance of the building), but we kind of wished we would have been closer to the walled city where there were tons of fun shops and restaurants. There weren't a lot of restaurants near us and it was about a half mile walk to get there. The security guards at the front desk will arrange for taxi pick-up so that was very easy as well. All in all we would recommend this penthouse. Fun place, spacious to relax."
