Apartment with a capacity for up to six people, a great place to spend your holidays in Marbella, staying opposite the sea, where El Cable beach meets El Pinillo beach. This property has three bedrooms and a terrace with side-on sea views.

A very comfortable option for a holiday rental apartment; three bedrooms, lounge and the fully equipped kitchen with everything you may need for your stay, including an oven and washing machine. There are two full bathrooms.

LOCATION

It´s situated 15/20 minutes on foot from the Alameda and the historic centre of the city, and is just opposite the bus stop for the city centre.

Tatiania in the Banana Beach office was very nice and very helpful.Thank you so much to her. The Bounty Beach restaurant was really friendly, the staff were great and the brach facilities were great. Difficult to get taxi service some times. No large supermarket close by. You need a car to stay at this apartment complex. The beach restaurant Dolce Vita , the staff were unfriendly and rude if you dont have a reservation, so unhelpful.
