"The rooms were large and spacious with all amenities we would need. The staff were extremely helpful, giving us tips on where to eat and what to do during our 1 night stay. We had an issue with our first room, the drains smelt funny upon arrival, but the lovely staff swiftly got us moved into a new room and helped us with our luggage. Lots of parking available and not too expensive. The hotel was fairly quiet as it was off season. Would definitely stay again! "

"Wonderful stay, the amenties are fabulous. The staff are so helpful. The spa is great. The breakfast is really good. The room was really comfortable. Due to the colder weather the AC was not set to cool ,but they were very helpful when i explained i was getting too hot at night and were able to provide a fan. This hotel is really muslim friendly and the whole experience was top notch."

"The kitchen had some minimal items. The wine glasses were very tiny, there was a Teflon frying pan, but only metal spatulas so the pan is quite scratched down. Also the cutting board needs to be replaced. The hallway had weird carpet tires very dirty, but it’s because of construction. Hotel is in the ideal location steps from the ocean on a beautiful promenade. Everyone was very clean. There is a rooftop patio that is available and it’s wonderful. Beautiful view from there."

"Just beautiful! Stayed solo, midweek, off-season but couldn't have asked for more from this hotel. The bellboy / concierge service absolutely made this stay 5*, but all of the staff between reception, dining & security were very friendly and welcoming. The room was extremely clean, felt brand new and most importantly was quiet during night hours. Pool area felt incredibly luxurious, although as it was March, only one pool was open, and it was also not heated. Easy walking distance to the beach and spa, but golf carts will take you there if you'd like. Spa itself had nice facilities including a heated lap pool, as well as several jacuzzi style seats & cold plunge pool. I feel the massage treatment I received was a little overpriced for the experience, but it was welcoming and relaxing. Be aware that this hotel is not in walking distance to many amenities, and a taxi / uber to Marbella Old Town area will cost between €10 - €16 each way. The area around the hotel seems to have a lot of private housing development going on, but be prepared to be slightly isolated if you are not planning to venture out. Overall I am very happy to have stayed here, and would absolutely recommend a visit. I will be looking to return soon! "

"Booked through Expedia, despite checking Hotel website which clearly says in their FAQ's that the pool opens from 1st March, it was not open. This was a huge dissapointment, we weren't even allowed to sit round the pool to enjoy the sunshine and views. This was a big reason for coming to the Costa Del Sol! Reception staff very friendly and helpful, everything else we were very happy with."

"We have a lovely welcome by staff as we arrived and they offered us any drink on arrival, this was a great gesture. Our room was lovely, we were upgraded to a suite which was very well received. Breakfast was very nice and a god choice of options. The person who checked me in was great, she explained all the facilities and offered us a special discounted rate for dinner for 2 nights. There were a few minor points, the signage for the Spa could be better as we had to ask some of the cleaning staff which way to go. The Spa was a very nice. However, I would strongly recommend this Hotel to add hairdryers in their changing rooms because another guest came into the sauna (fully clothed) to dry their hair, leaving the door open during this time. I complained and asked staff to get this guest a hairdryer, they replied they didn’t have one. I was using the Spa area - I didn’t appreciate this. We enjoyed the stay, and would recommend this hotel, but would suggest the above changes to make future guest enjoy the hotel. Thank you "
