Hello! We are CUBO'S HOLIDAY HOMES, specialising in holiday accommodations since 2005.



Enjoy a unique experience in this bright apartment located on the eighth floor, with partial sea views and just a few minutes' walk from the beach and Marbella's seafront promenade. Perfect for those seeking comfort and immediate access to a wide range of dining, leisure, and local shops. Additionally, it includes a parking space in a nearby building, available at an extra cost and subject to prior reservation.



The 65 m² apartment is designed for rest and enjoyment, with a spacious and bright living-dining room that offers differentiated areas for eating, relaxing, and watching television. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, and all necessary utensils, ideal for those who enjoy preparing their own meals.



It has two bedrooms: the main one with a double bed, en-suite bathroom and direct access to the terrace offering sea views; and a second bedroom with a trundle bed, for two people. Additionally, it has a second full bathroom strategically located between both bedrooms and air conditioning throughout the apartment for greater comfort.



The location is unbeatable: 50 metres from the sandy beach "Playa Paseo Marítimo de Marbella", supermarkets, restaurants and cafés, and with a bus stop just 200 metres away to easily move around the region. Additionally, the centre of Marbella is only 1 km away, and within a few kilometres you can find leisure options such as Golf Río Real Village, Puerto Banús and natural or amusement parks.

Nice apt near Marbella center & beach

Very nice apt. We liked that we were near the center and the beach. We appreciated a lot the presence of restaurants and supermarket near us. Very good for families. Unfortunately the apt is noisy during the night due to lot of bars and garbage collection happening at midnight and in the morning. The quality of the windows glass can be for sure improved especially in the main sleeping room.
