We loved our stay at the betel . The breakfast was lovely and the staff were so friendly. The pool was also a great spot to relax and it was never too busy

Loved the pools and the restaurants. Room was amazing and staff so helpful. Only downside was the on-site gym was sparse and in the basement warm and unpleasant. Not a 5 star hotel gym as they want you to pay to use the one at the Beach spa.

We just stayed here for our honeymoon and we didn’t get any kind of attention,they asked me to pay 50€ to get a bottle of champagne and chocolate strawberries!! I went to multiple 4/5 stars hotels and the service provided here is definitely not 5 stars,more like 4 stars Also you have to walk to the beach,the hotel is not on the beach and you have to pay 32€ per person to get a lounger even when you paid 500€ a night!!! For what you pay,it’s not worth it We also got charged for coke and chips in the mini bar even if no prices were specified and it was written nowhere… The rooms and outside areas are nice,breakfast is good but nothing crazy We’re really upset about the money we spent because the hotel didn’t reach our expectations If you want to get your money worth it’s not the place to stay

A perfect oasis.

A beautiful hotel with fantastic facilities. Although my visit was for work, I can imagine returning for a holiday, it was such a stunning hotel. The breakfast buffet was lovely and all the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
