"Absolutely loved our 9 day stay here. Staff were super helpful even got in touch in advance to offer helping arrange airport transport. Room cleaned daily and it was always spotless. Breakfast was included and had a good range so never felt like you had to have the same every day. Big thanks too for all the staff at the 360 rooftop bar who looked after us and kept us hydrated."

"This is a great hotel where its greatest asset is its location. The beach is across the street and there are shops and restaurants everywhere. The daytime reception host seemed a bit off. At one point I’d come down to ask a question and there were already three people in line and I waited while he was talking to the person I believe taking the next shift right in front of everyone. Speaking very loudly and for five minutes all they did was talk to each other. With a line of people you should be devoting all your attention to the people in the line and then when you have no line you can take care of your own business. He made several errors with our room, but eventually straightened everything out. Overall, it’s a good hotel and the other people work in the reception desk were very nice and friendly."

"Are accommodations were great enough room for our family for which includes two teenagers. It was spread out felt safe somewhat easy parking restaurant we thought was good if we ever find ourselves back in Marbella, we would stay there again."

"Nice hotel and location but the rooms are looking tired now. The property itself is really nice and looks the part. But the rooms you can tell haven’t been touched in 15-3rd 20 years. The location is ideal for Puerto Banus."

Room was A++ and breakfast was great. One of the best hotels we stayed at during our visit to Spain. Highly recommend."
