Fantastic villa with private pool and children's playground

Situated in a picturesque village near the city of Pula, this beautiful holiday home extends over two thousand square meters of private land. It is a detached house that can accommodate up to six people, with its aesthetically pleasing interior and exterior that radiates freshness. Through the combination of impressive wooden floors, white walls, light-coloured furniture and colourful fabrics, this beautiful house impresses from the first moment. The two bedrooms are spacious and absolutely comfortable. In front of the house there is a terrace, which is covered with massive wooden beams. From the terrace you can enjoy the view of the large garden, where there is a playground and a children's pool. For the 2020 season there are even 4 bicycles available at the villa!
From the object to the beach is 6 km and the distance to the centre is 1 km. The nearest grocery store is 1 km from the holiday property. In 5 km you can reach the surrounding restaurant.

Uns hat es hier gut gefallen, wir sind total entspannt wieder nachhause gefahren. 4 Sterne deshalb, weil man für alles das Auto braucht.

Waren bereits das zweite Mal im Casa Zara, auch dieses Jahr war wieder alles perfekt, sehr gastfreundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter, Haus und Pool mit Garten top gepflegt, alles vorhanden was man braucht 👍. Ideale Lage da nur wenige km von Pula, Labin, Medullin etc entfernt. Wir kommen wieder - nochmals vielen herzlichen Dank an Mirna und Mirko 🙏

Wir haben unseren 2 wöchigen Urlaub (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) in dem Ferienhaus verbracht. Unsere Aufenthalt war herrlich. Das Haus ist wunderschön und sehr gepflegt. Dadurch, dass es am Ortsrand ist konnten wir unseren Ruhe genießen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich. Zur Hälfte der Zeit wurden uns frische Handtücher und Bettwäsche gebracht. Der Pool wurde nach einer Woche gereinigt. Das Haus entspricht vollkommen den ausgestellten Bildern. Wir haben in dem Haus nichts vermisst.... Es war wirklich alles vorhanden. Wir empfehlen das Haus sehr gerne weiter, wir würden immer wieder kommen.

Wir hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub in Kroatien. Das Haus ist vom Vermieter über Ausstattung sowie Sauberkeit defintiv mit 5 Sternen zu vergeben. Umgebung super ruhig und vom Haus hatten wir die optimale Lage in verschiedene Buchten zu fahren. Sehr viele tolle Strände in der Nähe, enttäuscht waren wir allerdings vom Sandstrand in Meduin. Das Wasser war sehr schmutzig. Ansonsten alles super. Rundum 5 Sterne. Vielen Dank für den reibungslosen Ablauf.

Sehr geehrter Herr Kiwitt, wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub, das Ferienhaus war phantastisch! Das Haus macht einen sehr neuen Eindruck, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Küchenausstattung und die allgemeine Ausstattung waren top und kaum zu übertreffen. Ein wirklich tolles Ferienhaus! Sehr geehrte Damen und Herrn der Urlaub in Kroatien hat uns sehr gut gefallen. das Ferienhaus hat all unsere Erwartungen übertroffen ( alles sehr sauber und wie im Internet beschrieben jedes Bild entspricht der Wahrheit :-)) der Vermieter war sehr freundlich , sehr bemüht & hat die mit Ihm vereinbarten Termine pünktlich eingehalten . ( Pool wurde jede Woche gründlich gereinigt , Handtücher wurden wöchentlich ausgetauscht usw ) kann man nur weiter empfehlen , es gibt nichts zu bemängeln auf diesem Weg möchten wir uns nochmals bei Herr Radolovic & seiner Familie bedanken vielen Dank wir wünschen Euch nur das Beste Mit freundlichüßen Grüßen Familie Schommer
