A few minutes from the tourist resort of Procchio, we find this splendid two-storey villa, divided into two apartments. Immersed in greenery and surrounded by trees, it is an oasis of tranquility for those who want to rest. It is located in a strategic position, perfect for visiting all the most beautiful sides and beaches of the island. From this place overlooking the sea you can admire magnificent sunsets.
The sandy Campo all'Aia beach can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot. In Procchio, about 1 km away, you will find all the basic necessities, mini markets, pharmacy, bars, restaurants and shops.
Marina di Campo, known for its long sandy beach and frequented by many tourists for an evening stroll among the many shops, is 6 km away.

Nie wieder über die Agentur ibooking Elba!!

Das Haus ist sehr schön und auch die Lage top. Zum Strand von Procchio sind es ca. 10 - 15 Min. zu Fuß. Allerdings mit Berg, das heißt zurück ist es etwas anstrengend :-). Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man brauch. War sauber, ruhig gelegen und gut zum Entspannen.Allerdings ist der Gastgeber, also die Agentur ibooking Elba eine Katastrophe. Wir hatten wenig Wasser, einen kaputten Kühlschrank und kein WIFI. Alles haben wir gemeldet, allerdings kam nie eine Antwort. Ich habe sogar nach den Check Out Bedingungen gefragt-auch hier bis heute keine Reaktion. Die sinnvollste Antwort war "ich weiß es nicht, heute ist Sonntag" :-(. Also ihr seid ganz auf Euch allein gestellt. Wenn ihr was braucht, keine Chance auf eine Antwort!
