"Great peacefully location, within 7km of mainstream supermarkets. Beautiful scenery and amazing hosts (Sean & Susie) were very helpful and considerate of our needs, as my partner is disabled, we also had two dogs with us. Overall amazing place, and we would highly recommend it to others, "with or without pets" ,wishing to stay. 😁 Five stars all round. Thank you"

"Another Good stay at Ashford Castle Lodge We stayed two nights in a quay Suite Suite was very clean & comfortable It is worth the little bit extra to stay in a suite if you can Male breakfast Host & Lady Host were absolutely excellent ( so sorry I do not have names ) The lady did her best to assist when maintenance were drilling in a room directly above us during breakfast service Breakfast was a good quality, the house home made baked beans are a must ! you will never eat heinz again On check out, the friendly & efficient reception Manager was very helpful in sorting a small issue that was previously highlighted to the reception team during the stay without resolution We did not eat in Wildes restaurant this time but was very enjoyable previous stay We enjoyed drinks/ lunch on the terrace & after dinner drinks in the lovely bar The new spa/pool was not open yet ( another couple of weeks ) but the friendly manager showed us around, he is obviously very proud of his new project & rightly so as it looks amazing! The grounds are extensive & very well looked after, there are lovely walking trails A very good stay ! "
