"Clean Room, excellent view"

"Spacious, clean room with nice views. The pool, bar, and views from the rooftop were spectacular. The hotel is a bit dated but, at the same time, gives it charm. Staff accommodated a late 2pm check-out. The breakfast was excellent. An easy walk across the street to the beach."

"Perfect location, 2 blocks away from Ipanema beach post 10; best location in my opinion, even better than LeBlon if you want to be in a good beach with nice people but not overcrowded like Leblon. 4 blocks away from the lake Rodrigo de Freitas. The hotel is located where all the best shopping stores and best restaurants are located. Totally safe. "

"Excelente serviço, todos muito atenciosos principalmente os funcionários da recepção e portaria. Apesar da minha avaliação ser excelente, dois pontos negativos. O café da manhã é bem completo mas de preço muito alto. E o secador de cabelo é anexado a gaveta o que impossibilita o uso adequado se seu cabelo for comprido. Para um hotel 5 estrelas, espero uma solução melhor para hospedes que desejam usufruir de um secador de cabelo sem ser punidos pelo publico que leva para casa como souvenir (risos)…."

"What we really liked about this hotel? I must say 5 stars for breakfast, great choice, lots of fruit, and great choice of everything, fresh and tasty. Another great thing was location, close to metro, taxi and activities. Some staff was nice but they did not speak english. Where ever we fo we expect that somebody would speak english as well. Room was avarage, towels and bedding could be cleaner. I could smell mould from mouldy walls. We only were happy with the shower."
