Fantastic service in the altitude section. I had breakfast lunch and supper at the grill and all of the servers were amazing. The best part of the trip was the concierge service. I had mistakenly left a big pile of clothes in one of the drawers in my room and between them and a shuttle service I was able to get all of my items at my next stop. Gracias por su excelente servicio Gabriel, Diana, Sergio, Victor y a todos los demás también

The room was amazing. 3 bedroom villa, family of 5. Food was 8/10…we did all inclusive, if the prices we saw were accurate it would be almost prohibitive not to. Breakfast the best. Pools 9.5/10. Really nice. Gym was 9/10. Staff 10/10. Nespresso coffee and pods in room. Currently construction on the ocean side of vista encantada, but wasn’t very impactful. Only real complaint was the pillows…small and flat. It was better than we expected from the Expedia descriptions. Scheduled van to/from airport was ~ $250 round trip for 5.
