"Great location. Love the area. Felt that the pictures were misleading on the size of the place. Messaged host about some other concerns. 3 people comfortably can stay in Gypsy palace anymore would be tight. Can’t beat the view and the access to the water Love this area. "

"We had a wonderful stay here and the house was beautiful. There is an ocean view from the upper balconies. Our only negative was the shower pressure in all bathrooms…I ended up having to take a bath to wash sand off of me."

"We loved the house—it had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was missing a few items, but we were able to DoorDash what we needed and even left them behind for the next guests.We were a little disappointed with the check-in process. Our paperwork stated we could check in at 12, but the house wasn’t ready, and we were told it was a mix-up. It was also mentioned in the listing/discussion that a golf cart would be included, but unfortunately, it wasn’t available. The hottub did not work properly as well as the bathtub in the master bedroom.Other than those issues, everything was perfect, and we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely be booking the house again "

"We came to St Augustine with friends to see a concert at the Ampitheater.William’s location was a clean and convenient location to stay with friends. William was super responsive to inquiries and he was very helpful. The apartment was comfortable. "

"The house itself was fine. A few things that would have made it better. The lawn crew came during the stay on a Saturday. This should be scheduled in between guests. There was zero hand soap. Only bars by the showers. One trash bag for an entire weekend dint work. Overall had to supply many things I don’t typically have to provide during stays. The use of the pool would be easier if the notes could be read. The ink has faded. "
