Checked in, they make you pay a $50 refundable charge after your stay. Checked into my room and it look as if someone had literally just been in there. Used towels all over the bathroom floor and the bed was unmade. Most likely dirty sheets too"

Once she was finished, she looked at me and said “do you want something?”…maybe “can I help you?” Or “how can I help you?”. Just came off as rude, unprofessional and that I was a bother.
