"This is an attractive, well-laid out house with an extremely accommodating owner. The home is pretty small—great for two or three with very little play area inside for kids—but there are several great outside areas on the deck, around the pool and stream. In terms of accessibility, three steps up to the doorway, a step down to the master bedroom and a step up to the ensuite master bath."

"Olga’s place has been amazing! She is a wonderful host and worked with us to be flexible all the questions we had before arrival & with our crazier schedule. The space is very functional with two beds, a kitchen, and a laundry machine as well which is very helpful for a longer stay! "This is a cozy property in a very rural setting. The host is extremely responsive and very thorough. It is quiet and private. The furniture and bed are very comfortable. The wood burning stove is a pellet stove which provides enough heat to take the edge off. The hot tub could comfortably fit 4 people. The Village of Cold Spring is less than 10 minutes away, as is the Interstate 84 bridge across the Hudson. If you want to make your own food, bring it. There is no grocery store nearby."

"We had a nice time staying here. The place is just as described. It is clean and in a quiet neighborhood. We had things to do in Purchase and in NYC and the location was perfect for us. I got to meet the owner and he even contacted me when I parked incorrectly so I could avoid a parking ticket. There is a grocery store, Costco, pharmacy, restaurants, and many other businesses very close to. If I have to go back next year, I will be looking to see if this rental is available again."

"We loved the house, the location was perfect. Walking distance to grocery store, cvs and a great pizza place. It was 3 miles from the hospital. House was clean, it had everything we needed. If we ever have to go back, that would be where we stay. Host was amazing and super accommodating"

There were several ant traps on the counters but they were pretty ineffective Otherwise, the house was great."
