"We checked in for 2 nights, our room was dirty at check in! There was Hair all over the bathroom floor, sticky stuff on the big table toilet had stains on it and the Toilet paper was almost gone…..it took several request just to get more Toilet paper…Not acceptable! The shower was clogged up… that was not taken care off neither. I had to clean our room, which is not acceptable! I went to the front desk and told them that we needed toilet paper and that the room was dirty. The front desk Attend said she would noted…this was on Friday. On Saturday morning we requested a new set of towels and asked for our room to be cleaned and the garbage to be emptied. When we got back late afternoon, the wet towels were still on the floor, Garbage was sill full, and no fresh towels ! I was told that they only clean the room after 2 days, So our garbage was overflown, No one came to clean the Room during our stay, although we had requested it several times. And we had to demand a set of new towels so we could take a shower and change cloth to go to our Dinner reservation. This was the worth experience ever! And frankly we want a full refund !"
