"This property is in need of several updates. The staff seems inadequate. They seem under trained and incompetent. The hotel needs updating and mostly we found that most of the things in the hotel either weren't working or written adequate and not cleaned well. The staff were unaccommodating and did cost us time and money "

"Room was clean, staff was amazing and helpful. We had to catch a very early flight and the staff gave us very clear instructions for the airport shuttle. The room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. Would absolutely stay here again."

"Super close to train station. Free shuttle to and from airport. No free breakfast. A bit expensive but all hotels are expensive in Boston"

"Great location. Safe, clean and quiet. Stayed here because I went to Salem for Halloween. Room is comfortable. Asked for a king bed but think it was only a queen so bed not as big as expected but still good. Staff was very helpful since we were tourists. Train station to get around was walking distance so it was perfect. Breakfast was ok but perfect when you want something fast and on the go. They also had a small little mini market for snacks and drinks. Convenience 10 but pricey! Bring your own snacks and water/drinks. "
