"Our first room was very clean, nice balcony and seemed to have ac. We returned from lunch to find the ac was not cooling the room. The staff was very helpful in finding us a similar room with just as lovely balcony, working ac and very clean. Our complaint regarding this issue is prior to asking for another room, the front desk was very insistent upon sending a technician to "fix" the ac. We did explain the ac had not cooled the room in several hours but also smelled electrical and we were not comfortable staying in that room. The grounds & pools were extremely clean. Nice views and gorgeous sunsets. Could use caution signs as the stones surrounding the pool area are extremely slippery when wet. My husband had a mishap down some wet stairs and is still recovering from a bruised tailbone. When arriving the valet personnel was helpful when approached. No one on hand to greet us, open doors or take luggage without asking. However, they are very accommodating after the fact. They delivered all our luggage and cooler to our room within minutes of calling for it after checking in. Bed was comfortable as are the pillows. The tram you can take around the property was a bonus, when it was operational. It was only down for half a day during our stay. It's a great way to get cool and relax to your next stop."

"Property was clean, nice to have covered parking, view was great, communication was excellent…Thank you Danny. Listing should mention the first floor is actually one level down from the street. Only an issue for us because my wife broke her foot a weeks before our trip. Survived the tropical storm without much trouble, loads of downed trees, no internet, but the electricity stayed on! Overall, a little dated, but a great place."

"We had a wonderful stay at Artevilla! The house was gorgeous, clean, and spacious, and the team was extra communicative since there was a hurricane while we were supposed to be there! They allowed us to shift our trip by a day with no extra charge to avoid the main storm, and they were super helpful and accommodating in a usual situation. The house was in a great location between two resorts, which we utilized for restaurants and beach time. We would love to return! Great for a multi-generation family trip—from 80-year grandparents to an 8 and 10 year old, and all ages in between. The sunsets were beautiful, we loved the pool, and everything was comfortable."

"We absolutely loved our stay! The home was beautiful, comfortable, incredibly well-equipped, and in a fantastic location—and it truly made our entire Hawaii trip even better.Our group of eight—my spouse, our three sons, daughter-in-law, and future daughter-in-law—stayed for eight nights. The home was the perfect size, giving everyone their own space while still providing wonderful areas for us to gather together. Everyone enjoyed the pool, grill, and sound system. The home was private, beautifully landscaped, and so peaceful.We also loved the location. It was close to beaches, shopping, and dining, while still being a perfect launching point for exploring the island.The owners have thought of absolutely everything! Whether we were cooking and playing games at home, riding bikes, or heading to the beach, we had everything we needed—from a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of towels to beach chairs, snorkel gear, books, and even a wagon for hauling our gear.The binder with information about the home and recommendations for restaurants, beaches, and activities was incredibly helpful.Most of all, I have never felt so comfortable and relaxed in a vacation home. Every member of our family loved this house, and we all agreed that it was truly one of the highlights of our trip. We would happily stay here again!"
