"Excellent staff and extra clean room and bathroom"

"I was a little leary when I seen the neighborhood this was in. Graffiti on the walls of the buildings down the block. But turns out, the neighborhood was amazing. Kate our host was exceptional! She helped us with everything and got us settled in, she even arranged rides for us when we were stuck in unknown areas and couldn't find a cab. I can't thank her enough. Her place was clean and beautiful. I will say, pay attention to the weight limit on the elevator. It is very small and stands...

"This place is amazing!!! Great location "

"Great place"

"This was a great older hotel with great staff and close to the metro. The rooms were clean and the breakfast (although simple) was fresh and typical Italian food. We would definitely stay again."

"Property is modern and well maintained. Staff are attentive and great. the are a little on the small side and could need to provide more cupboard and wardrobe space"

"The A/C was not working so it was quite hot at night. Also the area was extremely noisy (lots of trafic throughout the entire night). Hard to sleep. Staff was very nice. Room was quite big."

"If you like to run or walk close to Appia Antica trail just fantastic "

"It was clean, location has couple of minutes of walking either you go with bus or train. Staff were very nice and helpful especially the Indian gentleman and the Russian lady(I guess she was Russian from her accent). Breakfast was good,"

"It was really nice and convenient."

"The property was clean and the staff members were always helpful!"

"The room is absolutely beautiful and the location is excellent. Very walkable with lots of food options nearby (including an amazing Italian restaurant right across the street and down the stairs). We'll definitely be back."

"clean rooms, kind staff, and amazing breakfast!"

"Good location, easy access to public transportation. Nice facility from Rome Standards (a bit smaller compared to American lodging facilities). Very nice and responsive staff. I would like to stay again."

"It was fine."

"Everything else was great, but the quilt on the small bed was really bad. It was not breathable at all and very uncomfortable, which affected my sleep. I'm looking forward to your improvement. I hope it will be better next time!"
