Beautifully appointed ocean-view condo. 60-night minimum stay. Our monthly discounted rate is already reflected in the daily price. Newly remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo in the Balcones de Loma Linda neighborhood. The condo features a large terrace, as well as a balcony to enjoy the million-dollar ocean view. The building is gated with 24-hour security, heated infinity pool, gym equipment, and includes one parking space. A short walk away is Mazatlán's world-famous Malecon, Plaza Machado, Historic Mazatlan, Olas Altas, Los Pinos Beach, and El Centro. You have to experience it to believe it! Central A/C and all electric appliances, so no carbon monoxide worries here! All utilities are included. Weekly housekeeping is also included if desired. A one-time deep cleaning fee is $50.00 at check-out. This perfect slice of paradise awaits you!

This was the best condo we have ever stayed in

Tremendous value for money. The owners are super responsive to any need. The view is even better than the pictures show, and we think the best view in Mazatlan. The condo is in an ideal location for the Old Town, the Observatory and Stone Island with its beaches.

Great condo, great location.

This is a newly renovated condo, very clean, everything works and it is quiet for a restful nights sleep. Would not hesitate to renew again. Landlord was very helpful and communicates quickly. Outstanding experience overall.

The Best place by far!

I don't know where to start. What an incredible place to stay. To wake up to the ocean everyday from your bedroom was incredible. The Condo was immaculate and the pictures do not do it justice. The furnishings were perfect and attention to small details went above and beyond. The Condo has everything you need, is secure and a inexpensive Uber ride to anywhere in Mazatlan. The hosts Jose and Paul made sure i was well taken care of. I would highly recommend staying here if you ever get the chance, you wont be disappointed. Eric B
