"Great room and service. Quiet. "

"Elegant hotel near the train station with a stunning view of the city! The hotel is built on top of a regular business building so most floors enjoy a good view of the city, and you can even see Mt. Fuji from the lobby. We had the queen one-bed room, which was on the smaller side of things and made it slightly tricky to maneuver two luggage cases. But our view was amazing. This hotel is popular with families who are probably going to the Ghibli park, so you can hear children crying and screaming in the hallways from time to time, luckily, our room was not near this, and we enjoyed a lovely, quiet evening. The public bath was decently-sized, but had only one soaking bath instead of two or three like other hotels. Nevertheless, I enjoyed it. The highlight of this hotel would be their staff, who were all super professional and detail-oriented. They really care about their guests and the quality of their service is felt at every corner. I highly recommend this hotel and would come back any time I’m in Nagoya!"
