"Very clean! And staff was very friendly, professional, and helpful. We were going to take my child to the hospital which thankfully turned out to be a false alarm. Front desk agent called the hospital for us and arranged everything . She was extremely patient and spent quite a long time on phone with the hospital explaining everything for us. The hotel is also very conveniently located to the subway, a lot of shopping, good food, and many many Family Marts for a quick meal."

"Breakfast was excellent and dining area was very clean and roomy. Hotel room was incredibly small compared to regular American standard. There was very little space and no room to unload your luggage. Bathroom was clean but extremely small. It was definitely designed to accommodate small in statue folk that dont mind small spaces."

"Clean hotel, appreciated the staff! They come in and change the towels everyday plus leave you some water and deep clean every 3 days as well ! Nice room with AC and overall just a good vibe in the hotel from entrance! Area is quiet, you are nearby shinjuku station, downtown shinjuku is about a 20-25 minute walk. There’s a few small 711 nearby and family mart! The room was a good size it was two of us, so the luggage fit right in the corner."

"Very clean hotel with nice staff. Rooms are fairly small but have what you need in there. Great location. Not many amenities on the property, the laundry machine was not working to fully dry clothes so had to take wet clothes somewhere else to dry."

"We were initially given the wrong room, but the staff handled the situation promptly and moved us to the correct one. The staff were friendly, professional, and efficient throughout our stay. The hotel is in an excellent location, with plenty of great restaurants nearby. While the rooms were clean, both the room and the facilities felt quite dated, and there was an unpleasant smell in the lobby. Overall, the outstanding service and convenient location were definite highlights, although the hotel could benefit from some updates and improvements to the common areas."

"1. The lounge area does not allow for seating to eat the self serve own food at any time force to eat inside the room. 2. Should have a larger trash bin/bag in the room, so we can keep the rubbish together, so helping ti keep the room clean. 3. The fridge in the room was excellent . It is compact but it is able to hold few small items overnight. 4. The room, facilities, Staff over all were good. 5"
