From the pool of this typical Monferrato farmhouse, you'll feel like you're floating among a sea of rolling hills. Nestled in the greenery of vineyards, hazelnut groves, and forests, in a wonderful sunny and panoramic position over the Val Bormida, the property offers wonderful feelings of peace and serenity.

The skillful renovation has preserved all the typical elements of the area, such as stone, barrel vaults, and wooden beams. The main part of the farmhouse is divided into two independent units, connected internally.

The first unit on the ground floor comprises a spacious entrance/living area and a traditional-style eat-in kitchen.

The first floor consists of five bedrooms, including a master with a panoramic balcony and another double room with a charming small balcony surrounded by greenery, two bathrooms, and two large living rooms with fireplaces.

Attached to the main house, yet completely independent, is the second portion of the farmhouse. On the ground floor, it features a new, fully equipped kitchen that opens onto a very comfortable living room with a guest bathroom.
On the first floor, there are three bedrooms: a master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, a second bedroom with an adjoining mezzanine study, and a third versatile room that can be transformed into a spacious living room or guest bedroom if needed.

An attached charming gazebo overlooks the hills, with a dining table and a changing room/service area for the pool below.

Fully equipped with every comfort, from a barbecue to a ping-pong table, it has recently been enhanced with a children's play area adjacent to the pool, featuring a slide and swings for safe fun for the little ones.

Parking spaces within the property can accommodate up to four cars, with two more spaces available just outside the main gate.

We will also be available by phone throughout your stay to assist you, ensuring necessary support without compromising your privacy.

We will meet again at check-out, at which point a cleaning fee of €200.00 is required. During check-out, we will ensure everything is in order and that you had a good week.
