Oceanfront 3-Bedroom / 2-Bath Luxury Townhouse in the heart of Melbourne Beach

Enjoy all that Melbourne Beach's magical island has to offer with all the conveniences of home. This charming townhome is situated an easy 1 hour and 30-minute drive from Orlando's International Airport and theme parks, and 45 minutes from Cape Canaveral. Our beachfront home is located less than 1 mile from the beautiful Spressard Holland Golf Course and is close to restaurants, entertainment and tree covered parks that can be found within walking distance or a short bike ride.

This completely renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bath townhouse is located directly on the ocean with 2 balconies and a ground level patio to soak up both sunrises and sunsets. The stretch of white sand beach is completely private with access only to owners and guests. In May through October, sea turtles can be found nesting along the pristine beach - certainly an experience not to be forgotten.

This home offers 2 large, newly renovated, king-sized master suites with breathtaking ocean views. A third bedroom includes 2 twin beds and an adjacent bathroom, perfect for young family members. The kitchen has been outfitted with all the essentials to enjoy a cozy meal at home either inside or outside on the patio. The home is also equipped with a washer and dryer, cable TV and WiFi for your convenience.

Anyone looking for an escape or to enjoy the outdoors will be in heaven with the stunning white sand beach within steps. The surrounding area offers miles of biking, surfing, paddling in the ocean or river, or just a chance to take a stroll on a secluded beach. An experience you will want to duplicate year after year.

Great beach stay

This property was excellent. Beach access and beach view were just what we expected. Lots of things to do on the area. But far enough out of the main town to have privacy. We have stayed there twice and have already booked for next year.

Clean, Classy Beachfront Condo

We loved the location, the view of the ocean, the sound of the surf and the amenities. The place is very clean and updated just like in the photos. The hosts provided snacks and beverages for our arrival, plenty of beach towels, lots of beach chairs, toys, boogeyboards and 2 surf boards that we used. The washer and dryer were new, the A/C worked well and it was an amazing place to relax and enjoy walks on the beach, meals on the balconies, playing in the surf, and enjoying everything the Space coast has to offer.

Great beachfront townhouse

Thank you for sharing your home. We had a great stay and enjoyed the townhouse. The view is wonderful and the beach is perfect…many shells and birds to watch. It was a little early for the turtles but we did spot a dolphin in the river at sunset. We also had the perfect view for a SpaceX launch. We appreciated the amenities and little extras. We will stay here again if/when we return to the area.

Beach front Oasis!

My family (3 adult children and my husband and I) came for a week. The house is absolutely beautiful!! It was just like the pictures but the view is even more breathtaking!! Melbourne is a cute little town (but an hour and a half from Orlando, so keep that in mind). The beach access is so convenient and we had a blast! (The house has everything you could possibly want for the beach so don't stress about packing anything for your days in the sand!) The owners were so helpful and made themselves very available if we had any questions. They gave suggestions for what to do for some activities and even ordered us some special red flashlights so we could go look at hatching turtles!! It was an amazing stay!!

Perfect getaway!

This was the most relaxing trip my family and I have taken! The hosts have gone above and beyond in ensuring everything you could possibly need is provided. The view from the townhome is beautiful, the access to the beach is just steps away and it truly felt like we had the beach to ourselves. We were even able to see a few baby turtles! I cannot think of anything that would have made our stay any better!

Serene and relaxing

The place is exactly as advertised. This is our second time staying here. The sound and view of the ocean from the balcony is amazing. The kitchen is well stocked. The place is very clean. Easy access to the beach right behind you. We have never seen more than a handful of people within view when on the beach. Just a great place for us to relax, getaway and just enjoy.

Slice of heaven!

Perfect location and all the amenities you could need to make it feel like a true home away from home. Our family enjoyed our stay very much with a perfect beach, sea turtle sightings every night and an ice cream place withing walking distance. We even caught 2 rockets taking off from Cape Canaveral that was a total surprise. The heat was excessive, but no one can predict record highs and sticking the beach chairs in the water fixed that right up!

Beautiful and Comfortable Stay

First of all this home was beautiful inside and out. It had all the items and utensils we needed. The views were amazing from this beach home. We saw turtles and a manatee from the balcony. This home and all of Opus is very quiet and very safe. The host made us feel very welcomed in their home. They had great communication with us and answered our questions whenever we needed them. The ocean is right outside the back door and anything you need is with 5-15 minutes. We are looking forward to the next time we are able to stay here.

WONDERFUL HOME AWAY FROM HOME

We have found our forever vacation rental on the East Coast. Melbourne Beach is lovely but this condo tops the cake! Multi-level condo makes it great for Families with adult children. We visited with our adult daughters and their friends and we had so much privacy. The beach is literally right in the back yard. The cleanliness, layout, and comfort of this condo was top notch. We seen baby turtles, mama turtles, rays jumping from the water, dolphins all steps from the condo. The beach was empty! The privacy was wonderful! The condo had everything needed! Just bring your clothes and some food and you’re all set! We will be back to Jim and Barb's beautiful home!

Location! Location! Location!

My family and I visited in early August. Due to the location of the townhome, the private access beach, and the snowbirds all being up North, we had the beach all to ourselves. The ocean was beautiful shades of turquoise and aqua blue. We were lucky enough to witness sea turtles laying their eggs and hatchlings making their journey to the ocean! The pictures in the listing accurately represent the space and decor. We had extended family visiting for a day and we had plenty of space to entertain in the spacious living room with an incredible view. The unit was well-stocked and met all of our needs. I only wish we could have stayed longer, we would definitely rent again.

Jim and Barbara’s place at Opus 21 was an exceptional location for a superb get-away for the week.
