  • Pet friendly, Great location, quiet neighborhood. We are close to the Florida Institute of Technology as well as 5 minutes to Historic Downtown Melbourne with wonderful stores and restaurants. You would be 5 minutes from Melbourne International Airport and 20 minutes to our beautiful beaches! Not only that but also 45 minutes to Kennedy Space Center!! What else can you ask for? Come and enjoy your stay with us!!

NO PETS ON FURNITURE. IF YOU LET YOUR DOGS ON FURNITURE AND HAIR ESPECIALLY TINY HAIR GETS STUCK IN FABRIC YOU WILL BECHARGE $160 FOR EXTRA CLEANING
Toddlers are allowed in pool with an adult ONLY for the kids’ safety and clean after the toddler if needed otherwise an extra pool fee will be charge.
