The three bedroom home is ready for the ultimate family holiday, offering spacious living, three generous bedrooms all of which have built in double robes. New appliances have been installed in the crisp white kitchen. A split system R/C Air conditioner and free standing solid fuel heater add year round comfort. All living/dining areas are tiled for convenience and the bedrooms are carpeted. Stunning plantation shutters have been fitted throughout with new blinds fitted to the bedrooms. The effect is breathtaking. Situated on a level block of 892sqm(approx.), fully fenced for privacy and security. The rear fully covered verandah is the perfect spot for the entire family to meet after a long fun filled day at the beach or discovering the huge array of wineries, breweries and world class golf courses on offer.
NB. The furniture in these photos is being replaced with different furniture before your stay. NB - Wood for the open fire can be arrange for your stay. Please let us know if you would like to order some wood for your stay and we can have it delivered to the property before your arrival. (1 x 20kg bag, 1 x kg kindling $45 – It’s recommended that 1 x bag will last 1 night).
