Idyllic and perfect

The Osprey room at the Crane Creek Inn was just wonderful; the photos don't do it justice. And the rest of the Inn was equally charming. My fiancée and I went for a weekend stay and couldn't have enjoyed ourselves more: the room was spacious, clean, and filled with amenities. The private deck overlooked the back yard and the creek, and provided a great spot for reading and watching the trains pass by at night (the owners provide plenty of options for drowning out the sound of the train while sleeping - if you need it). The pool was refreshing and clean, and there were plenty of chairs to sit in and relax. Two nights just aren't enough do all of the nothing we wanted to do; it's safe to say we will be back to do even less in the future!

2024 mother and son vacation

Everything was amazing! Location is awesome lots to do. Only downside it says non-smoking and you would think that would be inside only when you get the instructions it is No smoking or vaping of any kind permitted on or near the property! Being a smoker it was not convenient but I made the best of it and still enjoyed the experience. Mark and the cleaning staff were amazing and they did compromise with non registered guests. Which was another thing, but it all worked out and we had fun!

A Slice of Heaven

I could not have been happier with my stay in the Osprey Suite! The color scheme is so bright and cheerful, the room is large and even with a bed, sofa and bureau it was not cramped at all and even had a large walkin closet and large bathroom. The private balcony was perfect and romantic and we spent a lot of time out there. The property itself is well kept, colorful and the view was wonderful - I even saw an alligator swimming by and a dolphin jumping! As a chicken lover, I was so happy to be able to visit the coop and say "hi" to the girls! I didn't use the pool but dipped a toe in and found it to be a very comfortable temperature with lots of chairs around. The location was a very short walk to the major "downtown" village with lots of restaurants and shopping. Am definitely going to be back!!!

Crane Creek Inn

This property is close to downtown Melbourne with country ambience, including laying hens that provide farm-fresh eggs. Highly recommended!
