Ok, the location is odd, it's inside a retirement village! Other than that, it's a standalone villa / cabin, modern, clean, warm, nice! Has a carport attached. Great size for a couple. I'd stay here again (I'm in the target demographic! But you don't have to be to stay in the villas).

The property was clean and well maintained. The bed was clean, big and comfortable. Only thing negative was the air-conditioner wasn't working properly.

Cute Villa

Cute little villa, very cosy. Had everything we needed for a short stay. Beds were very firm, stovetop and microwave cooking only. Good shower and tv. Nice and clean, fresh linnen. Quiet spot at night. No washing machine or dishwasher. Kid friendly.

It was an ideal place to stay - convenient, good vakue, very clean and comfortable. The only problems (very small ones) were the wifi kept cutting in and out and the hot water in the shower kept cutting in and out. Neither of those issues would prevent me from going back or from recommending it to others.

Nice Villa

We stayed 1 night before going to the Spirit of Tasmania the following day. The Villa is a nice little cottage, in a gated community, so quite safe & secure & plenty big enough, king bed was comfortable. The backs of the chairs needed the screws tightened, so hubby did that. New owners had just taken over a week ago, so I'm sure they will get around to doing some maintenance. The owner was lovely & she was friendly. I would recommend staying here, its quite close to the Corio Bay ship terminal.

Very nice . But one face washer between 4 adults and 2 children and 1 body was, shampoo and conitioner not enough. Also no tissues. Overall good. Bathroom door needs maintenance

The Wi Fi needs to be stronger hard to connect a signal .The shower was terrible very slow pressure and kept going cold. Very frustrating by far the worst shower we have seen in all the places we have stayed in.

At the end unit there was a disgusting smell. The bins at the end of the park maybe , a very fishy possibly blood and bone smell. Otherwise, it was lovely and quiet and comfy. Great communication with check in.
