"Lovely country house in a small rural village. House dates back to 1600s. ( Low ceilings. Watch your head.). This not a holiday rental, so there are lots of signs indicating what is private. Great walk down to the canal and across the ridge to the countryside. "

"I booked one nights stay as my daughter and I were at Badminton Horse Trials. I had not researched the location before going so was amazed to enter the beautiful village of Lacock. The whole place is unique and the property is so beautiful. We were met by our hosts Rufus and his wife and they could not have been more welcoming. Couldn’t believe with my daughter being the biggest Harry Potter fan we were right in the location for some of the filming. The accommodation was lovely - very thoughtfully decorated and fantastic location. Will definitely book again if we are in the area. 10/10. . "
